They are beer bottles. They work for what they are. I took off one star because they were not packaged well and a few of the bottles arrived broken. The outer box was plenty large enough to put some packing materials in. I am less bothered by the three bottles that were broken and more annoyed I had to deal with cleaning up broken glass. ... show more

    • Clean bottles, none broken
It arrived as a box of 24 bottles inside a 2nd box of similar size. Honestly surprised they all made it unbroken. I wouldn't have been upset if one or two arrived broken other than the hassle to be certain all of the small glass pieces had been cleaned out of the remaining bottles. None of the bottles show lines in the glass where future cracks could happen while handling/opening them. Most of these I use to give out homebrew gifts. I worry about this as I've opened bottles and the neck separates with the cap from the base of the bottle. This case looks like decent quality! Many commercial breweries seem to have higher quality bottles. That said, my complaint is that I can't drink a case of Sam Adam's in the time it took for the shipment to arrive, which would have been a similar price and bonus, beer inside. Out of 24 bottles, we had one that was shattered in the bottle of the box upon delivery. Not worth the hassle of shipping back or asking for return.

    • Arrived unbroken
They're beer bottles and arrived unbroken so I'm happy. After bottling, I put all the bottles back in the box in case of blowouts so keep the box. The box will fit in refrigerator as well.

These are decent beer bottles, unfortunately one of bottles was broken in the box due to an error in packing. One if the cardboard separation flaps was bent back, so two bottles were touching each other. Otherwise the bottles and carton were fine,just a lot of broken glass inside. I would buy again, I'm sure it was a rare error in packing. ... show more

The glass is thin and the bottles will only he good for one or two uses. Only one of the bottles was broken which is a surprise considering it was delivered upside down on my porch

We ordered these bottles and from previous reviews, I was worried that there would be damaged bottles in the shipment. My expectations were not wrong. Luckily only 1 out of the 24 bottles arrived broken. It was packed in a box within a box and neither box looked damaged. So the bottle must have been broken at the original location, Northern Brewer. Have yet to use them, so don't know how they hold up with pressure. ... show more
