This is my second one of these. First just wore out after ten years. It cleans quickly never gets stuck and easy to maintain. I do wish the collection bag had sturdier attachment bags.

Pool Store Company sent a unit which had the silk bag break the first time out and refused to send me a replacement bag. I don’t need a new unit, just the bag. Waste of time.

These items take on the appearance of being expensive, but if you had to hire someone to vacuum and sweep your pool every day you’d soon realize the value of the job these Creepy crawlers to have been keeping your pool clean 😳

    • Works ok so far.
Mostly happy so far. Operating properly. Unfortunately it doesn’t climb the walls at all and doesn’t spend much time cleaning the shallow end but works better so far than our previous Polaris.

    • Won't stay on the floor of the pool
Needed to replace the old cleaner, so purchased the same brand. This one will not stay on the floor of the pool. The manual says that you can purchase a weight to add to the unit, which I did, but it still won't stay on the bottom to vacuum the pool.

    • Cleaner is fine, but a hubcap was broken.
The cleaner works fine. It arrived in the original box which did not look damaged, but a couple hubcaps were off and one had a broken tab so it would not go on. I called and a rep told me they would call me when they had one available. I went ahead and ordered one myself because I doubt they will ever send it. The cleaner comes with a velcro close bag, not the plastic clip closure shown in the Amazon photo. The photo on the box shows the Velcro tab closure. You can order one with the plastic closure. The unit is also mostly white with grey. The depth hose is a clear grey and the main hose is white. I had ordered the same cleaner from a different supplier and it had the same problem with the hubcaps. It also didn’t work and I had to return it, but that was a problem with the other supplier. ... show more

    • This is very helpful in keeping your pool clean.
We love having the Kreepy Krauly because it keeps the sand out of the pool. We had one before and it went bad after 15 or 20 years. So as you can tell we were missing it.
