Bought this for my recovery from surgery. Very impressed by how easy it was to set up, it is also very sturdy and doesn’t move now that it’s installed. The pocket on the front is a nice addition to store remotes and anything I might lose in the bed at night!

Bought this for my dad. He has Parkinson’s and needed help moving around in bed. I was looking for a rail to 1) help keep his head and shoulders from rolling off the bed, 2) for assistance in sitting up/down, standing up, and moving around in bed, & 3) a place to keep his bed remote, iPad, & phone close so they wouldn’t fall off the nightstand and onto the floor/into the trash can anymore. This is exactly what I was searching for! It says that it isn’t for use with an adjustable base, but it works great for him, no issues. He has a Sleep number mattress and adjustable base. There is a belt that goes around the mattress that locks it into place and keeps it sturdy. I put the pockets toward the mattress so that he can easily reach them while in bed. He wasn’t expecting to like it, but said that it really helps!

Mostly easily set, hardest part was getting the straps pull back enough for the thing to be stable. Once I got it all set up, though.My grandmother was using it to even hoist herself up into bed.So it's a durable little bedside arm would recommend for elderly

Wonderful product. Very sturdy and well-made. Bought this because a previous purchase was no longer available for repurchase. This brand and model far excels the other one I bought before. My elderly relative loves it! She can safely get in and out of bed, and the storage pocket is great for the TV remote which she was constantly misplacing before.
