I love this firepit. Perfect addition to my outdoor living space. It kicks out a nice amount of heat. It's easy to operate. And it's relatively easy to move around. It's too large to pick up by yourself, but it has handles you can use to pull it. There are adjustable legs on it, so you can adjust if the unit wobbles. The media could not be loaded. I was cautiously optimistic about this purchase I was not expecting too much but I was completely surprised I thought it looked excellent added some ceramic logs to it and it really set it off the product is sturdy looks fantastic and puts off a lot of heat low to the ground I thought was going to be a problem but it turns out it's a perfect height I would definitely recommend this product for the price and the electronic starter works without any problems ... show more

Had to update review- less than 10 months later after very little use, the flame would only stay lit if you pressed and held the knob in. There’s only a 30 day warranty. We ordered a replacement part and am hoping it works! I love the ease of set up and hook up! It looks great in my back yard. Updated Review: Bought this fire pit 2 1/2 years ago. It’s been outside with no cover the entire time and still fires up every time. Worth the money. Buy it today! Original Review: I was pretty skeptical getting an expensive fire pit like this without even seeing it. You could tell some of the reviews were for another model so that didn’t help. Well we got the smooth round concrete model and it is exactly what we imagined. It looks heavy but can easily be moved by two people. It comes with all of the parts you’ll need including a cover. Good Looking Outdoor Fire Pit. Mine arrived on-time as Amazon projected and undamaged. Huge amount of packaging. However, ours would not work properly, the fire would light but only remain on for 15-45 seconds. I have owned similar units before which seemed to be the same manufacturer. They always worked fine. My issue is with the importer. They have very resistictive return policy and next to impossible to contact customer support. They provided no useful assistance at all. Primary reason I am giving a single star review. The return requires you to provide your own packaging. The UPS store charged $48.00 for this. 20% the cost of the unit, I had to pay for. So far we have loved this fire pit. It looks like real concrete and a good size. It has some weight but still can be moved around by one person. The flame is adjustable and have been impressed by how much heat it can give off. Have owned the fire pit for about a year. It looks nice and works well. I live in New England and just took the cover off after the first Winter and discovered the paint is chipping off all over. The paint is thinner than paper. I’ve been diligent about keeping the pit covered in any wet or cold weather but am upset to see this issue with the paint. I’ve thought about re-painting it myself but am pretty sure the areas that haven’t chipped yet will just tear off and take my new paint job with it. Also, the cover pools with water and eventually gets tiny tears all over which may be what caused this issue with the paint, so would recommend replacing with a more heavy duty cover. ... show more

We absolutely were blown away with this little guy. This is our second gas fire pit and this one is outstanding. It was definitely worth the money. It looks and feels like real brick And puts out incredible heat and takes very little space. We have a small 10x14 deck with a 10x12 hardtop gazebo with a ceiling fan and it heats us perfectly with the fan and flame on low. I’m sure when it get colder we will need to up the gas but right now... lowest of low and no fan if you just want the ambience. It’s absolutely perfect. ❤️ ... show more
