El motor llego bien se ve que un buen producto funciona bien pero aun no lo he llevado al rio para la prueba con carga. Lo malo es que en la informacion que esta en la pagina dice que tiene tres posiciones Netro, Adelante y Reversa pero solo trae Neutro y adelante, NO tiene reversa. Tambien dice que trasmision viene llena de aceite al revisar la trasmision NO tenia aceite si hubiera confiado en la informacion hubiera quemado la trasmision. En el maunual Nodice que clase de aceite usa la trasmision y tampoco dice que se debe llenar la trasmision antes arrancar el motor. señores poner la informacion correcta para evitar daños al motor no decir que tien tres posisciones cuando solo tiene dos. ... show more

    • Only runs on choke, has anyone found how to remedy this problem?

The media could not be loaded. Starts 3-4th pull on cold start. 1st pull after warm. Runs good in bucket. Only runs on choke. Pushed my autopilot 120 12ft Kayak about 3.75 mph, I was hoping for more as my trolling motor runs about the same speed. I believe it is because of the choke issue. It feels like it doesn’t rev high enough on the water. But $150 I can’t complain. ... show more

    • Excellent Motor but Requires Some Love!
After 4 years of running in saltwater it still runs great and always starts in 1-2 pulls but you MUST do the following. 1) Fill with gear oil before use. 2) Replace fuel lines with Tygon or premium material. Nearly all gas in the USA contains ethanol which will quickly destroy the original lines. I found out the hard way 3 miles offshore. 3) Replace spark plug with quality brand. 4) Adjust the throttle at idle to right before the centrifugal clutch engages. ... show more
