This is my second GoTrax and this one is for my daughter. She loves the suspension and the seat and it has a ton of power for her size. I did have a problem with the power pack failing but I was lucky enough to have Lydia from GoTrax help me out. She was very friendly and helpful and quickly sent a new pack, now we are back in business. Thanks to GoTrax and especially Lydia!

Great scooter. Super fun. Stable and well built. There was an issue with the scooter after several rides and an error code came up. The warranty team responded quickly and sent a replacement part. The replacement part was here in a few days after filing the warranty claim. Scooter is working perfectly now. Good to see that the company supports their warranty.

I really love this scooter for my 1/2 mile commute to and from work. I bought it in September 2023 and used it several times a week as long as the weather was good. Easy to operate, feels safe to ride, fits in the elevator, and tucks nicely out of the way in my small office during the day. All that said, I have not found it to be very sturdy. I had to replace a tire after just a couple of months, but I chalked that up to the streets here being pretty crappy. Then in June I was halfway to work when the console went dead. I contacted GoTrax customer support and they were very good about sending a replacement part under the warranty, though it took almost a month to arrive. (Thanks especially to Sidereal, the super friendly and helpful customer service rep, who moved things a long when I inquired.) I changed that out and now the console (and thus scooter) works again. But I can't ride it at the moment because the rear fender has broken off--it was cracked and since that's where the upper part locks in when it's folded, folding it just broke it right off. (There's a rear light wired through it, so I'd need to clip the wire or do some surgery to simply remove it all the way.) Their website says the replacement is out of stock, so we'll see what I can come up with. So all in all, I like the scooter, but I would look for something sturdier next time--and probably not fold it! EDIT TO ADD (9/29/2024): I have to give another shout out to Go Trax customer support, as they are shipping me a replacement fender. When it arrives and I've got it running again, I'll likely add another star. Parts ship from China, so there's a really long delay in receiving them in the US. That's obviously not their fault, but at the same time, it means I've spent the last two months unable to ride the scooter, so I hesitate to recommend a purchase even though it's great when it does work and the customer service is really top notch. EDIT TO ADD (10/2024): I finally received the new fender, which included new screws to attach it, an already-installed tail light, and a ponytail to connect it electrically. Easy enough to unscrew the old and attach the new, but the electrical connection would require removal of the battery, which was .. let's just say complicated. Instead, we cut the wire and soldered it to the old one. Scooter is now up and running--and getting compliments!--but be aware that this may be more DIY than some riders wish to do. Still, GoTrax will clearly stand behind their product, so I'm adding a star just for the above-and-beyond customer service.

Really is the best for anything under $300. If your 180lbs or less this will get you through about most paved areas but if you get on a long steady incline the lack of torque becomes clear. Nothing a small kick won't fix.. Absolutely perfect for my teenager..

My son loves his electric scooter with seat. A few months after riding we had an electrical issue. I messaged Gotrax support and received an answer the same day. Fiona asked a for a picture of the model number and had a new part delivered within a week. The quick response was able to get my son back riding before spring break.
