I use this Peakeep digital clock on my bedside table, and the large display makes it incredibly easy to check the time, date, and day even from across the room. The brightness settings are a nice touch since I can dim it at night so it’s not too harsh while sleeping. The alarm has multiple volume levels, which helped me find one that actually wakes me up without being startling, and the auto DST feature saved me from having to adjust it manually. Setup took just a few minutes, and I like that it stays consistent since it plugs in. The design is simple and leans more functional than decorative, and it does take up a bit of space on a smaller nightstand. I keep a clock on a shelf in my living room. It's always been there and I want to look up and see it. I'd been using old clock radios and was on the second one. They were just too dim to see and the bright sun or deep shadows meant I couldn't read it most of the time. This clock is perfect! The size is right and it's very visible. I have it on the brightest of five different light settings. It also has the day and date. Other pluses are it has battery backup so I won't have to deal with it during power outages or those momentary blinks. It will automatically change from daylight savings to standard time and back. I have no clue how it will know so we'll wait and see. Best yet, it has clear and understandable printed directions that made it a breeze even though there are quite a few different buttons and procedures. I don't need the alarm clock so I can't speak for that. This was the first morning after I set it up yesterday and my cat woke me at 4 a.m. instead of 6 or 7 so I hope it's not so bright she thinks it is time to get up. :) We'll see what happens tomorrow! ... show more

Works like a charm and has everything I could want. Adjustable alarm volume, brightness, and keeps good time. Display is nice and easy to read. I like the day and date feature. I'm not fond of the buttons. It would be nice to have bumps or some tactile indicator of which button is which so you don't end up setting off the volume example when trying to set the alarm. They are on the back, so you have to count and slide your fingers along the back to tell if you're on the right one. And when you adjust time up/down while looking at the front, the buttons are in reverse order from what you would expect. You kind of get used to it, but it's annoying enough for me to take a star off. Overall, it's working great after several months. ... show more
