This is a great little toaster! It is fun to watch the time counting down so you know exactly when your toast will be done. My family likes the #2 setting. What's great about the countdown is that you can customize your own toasting just by watching the countdown timer. The look is great. I thought the digital timer was cool, color is awesome. But 2 things...the extremely bright light on the cancel button is like a headlight! Plus, the toast POPS out, flying. So, I have to take a spatula, or whatever and put close to the top slot where the toast is coming out of to keep it from flying off (to the floor). So, it's a good thing their's a timer, I get a 5 second warning to save the toast. ... show more

I can't even say how many yrs we owned our old toaster, but when it began making noises - it was time for it to go. I were very impressed w/the features for the overall item price for this 2-slice toaster - the digital countdown readout, the smaller toasting level knob, the light-up Cancel, Bagel and Defrost buttons and the "peach" color (which I found to be more of a pleasant, lighter orange color). Following instructions, we set the toasting level at 3 (of 6 levels), activated the toaster leaving it empty to burn off any product smell; I also toasted an addtl 4 slices of toast just eliminate any residual scent. Level 3 toasted all 4 pieces to a perfect "level 3" perfection. I appreciate the novel color and the toaster's overall measurements - smaller than our previous toaster. 5 out of 5 stars! ... show more

Looks great and works very well, love the countdown timer. The sides do get hot enough to burn you, but I guess thats expected due to the stainless steel look. Thats the only reason I don’t feel comfortable giving this product 5 stars.

This is my first product review EVER! I l-o-v-e this Peach Street 2 Slice Toaster. The slots are nice and deep to accommodate toasting the entire length and sides of bread in one felt swoop. The stainless steel toaster is also a nice compliment to other appliances in my kitchen.
