Very good chair for the price. I viewed many reviews and several of them stated that the chair doesn’t rock back as stated in description. It’s a very simple thing to make it rock. The lever which lowers or raises the seat height is how you lock in position or unlock to make it rock. That metal handle can be pulled out very easily which removes the metal bar from its locked position. When pushed back in it just pushes the metal rod into a hole and locks back into non rocking mode. Just make sure when locking or unlocking it that you are seated upright position with none of your weight pushing back so the metal bar can be pulled out or pushed back into the hole. Rocks fairly easily. I’m sure over time it will be a bit easier as the spring gets worn in. The head pad is a nice feature since it can be adjusted up or down to fit behind your neck. The massage feature is nice but as stated in other reviews it is a bit noisy. (It doesn’t bother me.) The fold up arms were a must for me so it can be pushed under my desk easily. I am 5’10” - 165lbs and it’s perfect for me. Taller people may want a taller back then this one since the head pad needs to be near the very top of the back in order to fit behind my neck. If a taller person sits in this one the head pad may not be able to be placed high enough to support the neck area. The reason is due to it being held on with the elastic strap around the top of the chairs headrest and it slips up and off a lot since the headrest is tapered thinner at the top. I may think of a way to attach it to keep from sliding up and off but I don’t want to use double face tape. It can just be placed behind your neck once seated and works fine. You will just need to leave it on the seat until you sit in it to use it. Not a big deal. (See pictures.) Overall I really like this chair.

The chair is very comfortable and works perfectly for work, as well as gaming. Pretty easy assembly, although the directions only had pictures, and very little words. Setup still only took about 10-15 mins at the most, so it’s not so bad that the directions are vague. The chair itself is very comfortable, and also helps with posture. The pillow is nice, and good for your neck if you need that sort of thing, but can easily be removed. The message feature, is actually pretty nice. It’s surprisingly more powerful than expected, and actually has enough vibration to actually help loosen some tightness in the lower back. The only downside i would say, because i have to give a complete review, is the cord to the message feature is rather short, and restrained to connecting via USB. Overall, very nice chair quality wise, this is an initial review...will be back after time if I remember, which i may not if the chair continues to be great lol. Stay safe everyone!

I've had it for about a year... use it every day.. seat is now starting to really flatten out.. been good .. comfortable. I use the massage once in a while.. lets face it.. its not like one of those full body mall massage chairs but it will keep you awake at work... ;)

Super excited about this chair. For one, it was really easy and fast to put together (at least faster than I expected) Also, the material it is made with seems to be really nice. A lot of people are saying things about the massage feature. Mine totally works! It isn't a very intense or other worldly massage. But its exactly what I need when I'm sitting in a chair for hours on end. It is somewhat on the loud side, and the cord to plug it in is shorter than I would like. These things I'm not worried about but I thought some people would like to know. Also the plug for the massage feature is a USB and not an actual wall plug. The chair moves around seamlessly and the head rest pillow is a nice touch! Defiantly recommend this chair, whether you are on a budget or not!

My mom saw this on Amazon and had me order it also she Loves pink and assembly was very easy but I just received this item so that is why I gave 4 stars..... I will follow up with another review in 3 months but I would definitely recommend... it did come with the massage which I had to mention since it seems some customers did not get this on there chair......mom loves the massage and also it plugs into the computer which she also likes. Over all very Happy with purchase and will be back in a few months with another review.

So far my husband loves this chair. It's super comfortable and he bribed me into giving it to him early, as it was a Christmas gift! Lmao! The only reason for the 4 star rather than 5 was that it came in with a slash in the back of the chair. My hubs didn't care, he still put it together and still loves it. For $100 it really is a good buy! Edit: I did remove a star after realizing this was supposed to have some sort of vibration in the lumbar support. It does not have any place to put in or for batteries and there was no remote included. The details on the listing are also kind of unclear on this as well, as it shows it has it but then when listing what it has, massaging or vibrations dont show? I wasn't expecting the massage and neither was my husband so we're still keeping it and really like the purchase over all, but if you're looking for the vibrating lumbar this does not have it as far as we can tell.

Threw it out just now, pretty disappointed. By far the most uncomfortable chair I’ve ever spent time sitting in. Never felt sciatic nerve pain until I sat in this chair!
