I knew this hutch alone would not be enough for my rabbits, they are lion head lops and this is far too small to be considered a “run” for them. It will, however, be a good addition inside a metal cage “chicken run” I also purchased and will be delivered today. This could maybe be used for baby rabbits, but it is so small that truly it should just be used for sleeping in my opinion. It was relatively easy to assemble, I did mess up one thing and it was easy to fix (make sure the entrance hole is at the bottom so the ramp lines up). Very good material, in my opinion. I even thought I could paint it since the yellow wood color clashes quite a bit. Overall, it will serve its purpose for us but I wanted other rabbit owners to be wary at using it for a full time hutch. No singular hutch I saw on the market was an appropriate size, they have really left you to get creative or build your own. Rabbits need space to roam! ... show more

Cute house. Went together pretty easily with power driver. My teenagers were able to do it without any help. Wire seems like it may need re-enforcing at some point, but good for now. Bunnies can get up ramp easily but I think some non slip material will make it safer. We have 2 lop eared bunnies who are small to mid size and they have room to move around freely when we have keep them confined, however it is a bit smaller than it looks in pictures. ... show more

Ok back story. We have a sickly cat who needed a hide away from our dogs so we decided on a bunny hutch and attached it to a large dog kennel to give him some room to move. I wouldn't recommend this product Pro's - It wasn't hard to put together It was the perfect size for an animal that doesn't like to do a lot of moving Pretty sturdy once put together The color is nice Cons - IT STINKS! Literally we set it out for a week to get the smell out of the "wood" we couldn't keep it in the ho0use with the smell being so overwhelming There were no "receiving" holes there would be a lead hole but no hole to screw into. we had to force the nail in To reference the previous con the "wood" is unbelievably soft ... show more

Easy to assemble although we made two small errors because the directions are mostly pictures only. Just make sure the holes for screws are where they are supposed to be. If you think they forgot to drill the hole, check the other side of the item - you might have it backwards which is what we did. In all, it's a great little hut and we love it. ... show more

House is cute yes but the photos are very misleading. It looks like it can fit multiple rabbits.... so I purchased it for my one holland lop bunny. He has one of those liters that he has to jump into .... first floor is not tall enough for him. The ramp is way too steep and in the way of the rabbit so he just hated the upstairs. In all, I had to have my dad assemble it (but that’s on me I can’t put together ikea furniture) so I can’t return it because I can’t deassemble it. I’m thinking of just taking off the second floor tray which and the stairs so that my bunny can move around and do his business is peace. I’m disappointed .... I wanted a room upstairs for him with a bed I bought and some frames and instead have to revert to basically the same size cage as before that wasn’t functional with a cute exterior. If you have a tiny dwarf bunny this might be perfect for you. ... show more
