This was simple. Instructions were a bit questionable at first but after taking a moment it's a breeze to assemble. Please note the lock for the outside white door should be positioned in the middle of the door instead of at the top. Creates a better closure when placed in the middle. Very flimsy, cheaply made and when we received the 2 boxes the one with the hardware a bunch of acres, latch and another latch and plate.in it had been opened and was missing parts. My husband had to make a roosting pole inside .the cleaning tray didn’t fit right and is made of cheap materials that are going to ruin when it rains.Don’t waste your money. ... show more

This coop wasn't too hard to assemble, but the quality is lacking. This is all made out of very cheap, very soft wood that will not hold up outside in the elements. I give it maybe 6 months before it's rotted out. This is a 150 dollar coop max, not worth 350 bucks. And it's too small for 6 chickens, 3 max ... show more

The coop is cheap. However, the coop is cheap! I’m a bit of a carpenter, but I can tell you I didn’t have to do anything to make it fit right. I only carefully read the directions, and at the end I added a few screws in places to keep panels from sliding out like in some of the pictures you see. Lille rough start I was missing a box but they qere super fast t9 get the parts to me . The quality of this coup compared to the other 4 I have is incomparable it's larger and the parts themselves seem to be sturdier. I am beyond happy and just wished I would have bought this one first! Easy to assemble but the directions could use either written out or better pictures of the pieces,but I muddled through! I would definately recommend this coup 100 x over.very happy! ... show more

The wood is extremely thin and flimsy. The screws to mount the roof on were not long enough, I had to use my own. The chicken run did not line up with the house. Also there are no roosting rods which I thought it would come with. The latches for the door fell apart before I even put them together.
