It came in 3 packages and shipping was very fast. All the items are very light and the assembly is easy and without any problems. Overall everything aligned with the price. The only complain are the cushions. They are not sturdy or dense enough and you will feel the bars on your shoulder and bottom. Kind of disappointing considering that sitting is the main and only feature of the items. That is why it is 3 stars for me. Maybe our cushions were defective. -Updated: this is a 5 star company! I am really impressed by the company customer service. They tried multiple times to contact me to explain how the cushions will actually gain volume after time. They also wanted to be sure that I was completely satisfied with my order and all the items had absolutely no issue.

Great value for the price! We've had zero problems with these since getting them over a year ago. Could the cushions be better? Well, sure. This was a really good bargain and they have held up well. Easy to assemble, too.

I actually bought two sets. Love the modern design. Sturdy and comfortable. I have had this set now for almost one year and very little to no fading on the cushions. Would highly recommend. (I do keep a cover on the sofa by the pool when not in use)

Easiest assembly on furniture I've experience in a very long time! It was very fast to put together. The reason for my 4 stars is because the seat cushions aren't thick enough to make it comfortable to sit on. I love the clean lines of the design though!
