This set was in our price range and looked beautiful in the pictures. For our huge third-floor balcony, it seemed perfect. To have the same experience of very easy assembly that I had, remember two things: 1) don't start putting it together on a plan that seems logical to you (I had to undo some of my assumptions). Follow the instructions. 2) Don't tighten any of the screws when you first insert them, because some other screw-holes may not match without some slight movement., With these two guides gathered from other reviews, I found assembly very easy to do, and I'm 88 years old. We're delighted with the result. The pieces are beautiful against the very light stucco walls of our senior living community, the cushions are firm and supportive for long periods, and it's light enough to move around. The only negative, and it's only a small one, is the color. We ordered the red cushions, and ours aren't the kind of bright red we expected but more of a brick red. However, our friends tell us that our color will survive for much longer in the intense Arizona sun without fading. Our set came with a cover, which requires grouping all the pieces together, also a minor nuisance. We haven't had them long enough to know they will come through rain or how easy-to-clean they will be. So far, we are delighted with our Xizzi (Chinese-made) outdoor furniture. UPDATE: Now that we've had the furniture for three months, we're enjoying it even more. We've had heavy rains and wind, and the cover that came with them has stayed put and done its job.     • After a overly extensive search for patio furniture to fit in a limited space area.....
The media could not be loaded. First off, the seller has not offered me any gift cards or other incentives to write this review. In all my time purchasing items on Amazon I have left but a couple of reviews, this is one of them. The reason is to help others that are searching for patio furniture but are having a challenging time sifting through the thousands of options on Amazon, Overstock, etc. I literally viewed hundreds of sets spread over multiple sites. Initially, my challenge was mixing higher end CB2 and Crate & Barrell options with lower cost items found on here and other sites. Ultimately, I decided that being outdoor furniture, it will be impacted by the harsh summer desert climate in which I live. Highend furniture was not the way to go. So the search for lower-cost solutions that fit the style I wanted without being junk began. And what an effort it was. After hundreds of looks, and reading an untold number of reviews, I found this Izzi patio set. My search was compounded by the long and narrow deck in which this furniture would be placed. And I knew that the set must include a love seat, table, and chairs. This set was a perfect size, right color (grey) with blue cushions, faux wicker material, and metal frame for strength. And the price, sub $ 500, was very attractive. While there were only 94 reviews, only 2 were negative with one being about the cushions getting wet in the rain which I did not care about. So, if you are like me, and have been searching for the right lower-cost set in this style....buy this one. It's sturdy, very nice quality (actually surprisingly nice), and assembly, contrary to some comments, was easy. Figure on 1-1 .5 hours depending upon how good you are turning an allen wrench.     • Not Quite what I expected
I purchased this outdoor set based on the reviews submitted. I gave it an overall score of 4 as it is comfortable and easy to install - takes some common sense verses the assembly photos. However, I feel it is somewhat cheap if comparing purchase price to the big box offerings. I see this more of a set in the upper $280-350 range. Some off the outer strappings were loose and feel they might unravel by the end of summer. Another thing that I particularly didn’t like is some of the screws are visible. While most are hidden there are some exposed. For the money spent I would have expected a little better quality from build to sturdiness. The cushions seem nice and the color ( tan) is nice Lastly, the chairs are a little low to the ground but not enough to stop a purchase decision. ... show more

I really like the final look of it. However, assembling was very difficult. The issue was not in the complexity of putting things together, but in the arrangement of holes and screws. Some of the holes were misaligned, which required a lot of strength from 2 adults to make it work by applying pressure. The bolts are not good quality- the hole where the screw goes gets shaved off by the time of screwing it fully in. I do not know how to fix it if it gets lose. The company sent me an extra bag of bolts, which was nice. The set appears very sturdy and well made once fully assembled. The cover it comes with does not protect from rain. After a few hours of rain it soaked through. See the pictures. If your patio is like mine where you do not have a roof- I highly recommend getting a waterproof cover. It pours cats and dogs where I live. Will see how it survives a summer of direct sun and rains. I will write an update in a few months. ... show more

The furniture had a nice delicate and intricate finish. Loved the pattern and size of the furniture. Very easy to put together. It was packed very well. I have a very small enclosure and this set is ideal and very sturdy. The bottom cushions are firm and the top ones you just sink into..but i use the little square one to prop me upat the back, But even without the little cushion the top cushion is very comfy. I love it. Thanks Xizzi. I would certainly recommend this product. However its only been a day since i put it together and i am enjoying it already. ... show more
