The media could not be loaded. We just rebuilt our back deck and added a new sunroom this summer, so we selected this lovely patio/sunroom furniture! The furniture arrived in 5 separate, very well packed, boxes. All pieces were individually wrapped and cushioning material was added to keep them from getting scratched or damaged during shipping. All pieces were labeled for easy identification and the instructions were very clear with diagrams of the assembly process. The assembled pieces are very sturdy; the seat cushions are nice and thick; and the backrest pillows are large and puffy allowing for very comfortable seating. I highly recommend this product not only for its great look and comfort, but also for the quality of the materials, the excellent packaging, and easy assembly. Everybody who comes to our home comments on how nice this furniture looks and how comfortable the seats are. Even our next door neighbors asked us where to get this! Good stuff!

After looking at a lot of reviews and searching several stores, we decided to give this set a go. I was a little nervous because I knew returning it would probably be a hassle if it was damaged or we decided we didn’t like it, but that was never an issue once we received it and started building it. The packing was impeccable - even though the boxes got beat up in shipping everything was padded and protected. This set is amazing! The quality and weight of both the frames and the cushions and covers are just incredible. If you have been shopping for outdoor furniture and have felt the quality of some at the stores selling for much higher $$, you will not be disappointed if you get these, at least not if you have the same experience I did! The building process is quite tricky but isn’t any furniture these days? All the tools were provided and all of the Screws nuts and bolts were well labeled. Take your time and look at the directions all the way through before you start so you get the sense of what you are going to do. I built these alone and I am a 53-year-old man. The constructive criticisms I might add are that I paid extra to get the rockers and I wouldn’t call these rockers. They do wiggle a little bit but not like a glider or chairs with a curved rail foot. Had I known that in advance. I probably would’ve gotten the swivel chairs and paid less for them. I also would put Velcro straps on the upper cushions instead of just the lower ones to keep them in place on windy days. But we are going to cover the set anyways so that really doesn’t matter. Overall, we are thrilled with this furniture set and can’t wait to begin using it with the warmer weather approaching. The cushions are very thick and comfortable feeling, and the little coffee table add-ons for the Ottomans are perfect!

Absolutely love this. A little difficult to put together. Jjust a little patience. Absolutely worth it! The cushions are just as advertised and the covers for the cushions are made wonderfully. I am so impressed! I chose to use this as living room furniture. Mainly because I have dogs and I can clean underneath it easier. Totally love it. I took the second chair and put it in the sunroom.

Arrived in 5 separate boxes, in 3 separate shipments. I was impatient after my first boxes arrived, so I contacted the seller. They politely assured me that the other boxes were on their way. They were indeed. Assembly takes awhile, especially for the rocking chairs, but everything was there, the instructions were decent, and the set seems sturdy and well made. The seat cushions are thick, but not as comfortable as we had supposed they would be. Maybe after some break-in they will improve. So far we are quite satisfied with this purchase.

We purchased the 7 piece set which arrived quickly and was well packed. Everything was great until we opened the couch box for assembly. Pieces were missing/mispacked which meant we could not assemble. After contacting the seller and providing pictures of the problem pieces, seller shipped a replacement couch. The whole couch. Replacement arrived quickly and without issue. The furniture is exactly what was expected and is comfortable and sturdy. Pictures are accurate. Assembly was not difficult but does require team effort especially for bigger pieces. But I am reviewing because of the perfect service provided when problems happened. Its not always well addressed with online sellers.

This is a good set for the price. I'm sure you can find nicer sets, but they would cost a lot more. This is well made. Cushions are very stiff but comfortable. Took a bit of time to put together, but all doable. Just takes a little time. All in all, I'm happy with it.

The back is flush on the bottom of the back but not on top. The back panel did not have 3 of the 8 holes for the screws. One of the back cushions came with an hole. Requires cushion covers. Assembly was fairly easy (with my own tools). The couch looks good and is very sturdy.
