The shipment came quickly in two large boxes. The cushion thickness was exactly as advertised and is comfortable. The instructions were not bad except that the bolt sizes were not very clearly explained. I seemed to have five sizes of bolts where the instructions only mentioned three sizes. It all worked out though. The first chair took me a bit to figure out which were the best size bolts to use but after that, the second chair assembled quickly. The wicker seems thick and tightly woven with a nice dark color. The cushions are a pretty blue. The mechanism swivels and rocks easily. The only semi-negative thing about the chairs is that the seatback angles a bit further to the rear than I like to sit. I prefer sitting more upright than lounging back. However, I easily fixed this by using a throw pillow. I’m happy with the purchase and would recommend this set.

Love this set and added two more chairs with table. Guests compliment the look and comfort! Holds up well for first few months so far. One reason for selecting this was the rust resistant frame. The cushions dry out fast if I accidentally leave them out in the rain.

Well made from a steel frame. Very strong and they look great. I bought 4. The first was really hard to put together but the instructions are clear. Read them and be prepared to spend some time putting them together. The end result is worth it.

I love these chairs!! However, they are difficult to assemble and the instructions are hard to read/blurry. My husband is pretty handy so if he complained the average person who isn't handy may have trouble. Also, it came in 2 boxes delivered two days apart. The packing slip didn't indicate this but it was written on the box. Customer service replied promptly to our questions.

I ordered this product because I was trying to match a table that I already had. It is much better quality than the one I had but one of the corner screws wouldn't go in. My husband tried after I couldn't get it and he said there isn't a place for it to go. So one corner screw (allen wrench) had to be left off. Otherwise it was fairly easy to assemble.

This set was difficult to assemble for the following reasons: directions are vague, not all screw holes line up and metal frames not easily manipulated for adjustment, additional tools are needed since the Allan wrench provided is difficult to use in the tight corners - especially for those with large hands. Overall look is nice, though time will tell just how sturdy chairs and sofa are.
