This is smaller than I expected therefore being good for small spaces instead of a big garage. It was easy to install. You can only use the app to control it though. This device must regulate the power intensity by pulsating power. In any other setting except 4 which draws the max power it flickers. In setting 1-3 you can see the element constantly flcikering ... Causes the lights i run on the ceiling to flicker (led) It doesnt happen on max draw of 1500. So its not the circuit overloading. Its how this device refulates the draw intensity. Luckly ill use it on max most of the time. But man.... whats the point of the other settings if its gonna make the shop flicker. 🤔 Id return it, but im very lazy to send stuff back. I had bought it before and returned it because its remote control did not work as expected in the first place. Then I have tried a few other brands and product. No other product provides the remote control through web apps like this one. So, I decided to try it again. The reason for my previous try for remote control through web app did not work was the heater was placed at the boundary of Wi-Fi range. This time I have installed it with Wi-Fi extender to address the signal issue. Once after Wi-Fi signal is addressed, it works very well and I am enjoying. I can control On/Off and level of heat anywhere as long as internet is available. It is basically IoT device. ... show more

First, do not expect miracles; you are attempting to heat the outdoors. But this will throw out warmth for about an 8 ft radius on 850 watts. It has an app to download that can connect to WiFi with temperature and timer control which is fantastic.
