An extremely good value for 200 9-inch parchment rounds. This have a bit of a waxy feel to them but are easy to use and super convenient too. My cake layers popped out of the pans easily after cooking and the liner was very easy to peel away from the base. These liners are exactly 9" in diameter and much to my surprise were a little too large for my 9" cake pans which have a slightly smaller interior.

I first bought the 12” X 16” sheets for my baking sheet pans. Parchment sheets are superior to silicone mats. They release better and are considerably more hygienic. There is always a fat residue that adheres to silicone mats, and it builds over time. Since these worked so well, I just bought these 9” cake rounds to further simplify baking life. Who the heck has time for cutting out, not to mention cutting out from a roll of parchment that keeps curling up on you? Given the number of sheet per package, these are cost-effective. The shipping boxes also come in handy. The 12 x 16 sheets have an inner sleeve that has an open dispensing curvature. I cut off the box lid and made a similar opening in the box to retain the box as a dispenser. The 9” rounds came wrapped within the box (without the dispensing gap), so I cut my own and repeated the curve with the outside box. This way, the sheets can be kept on a shelf or in a drawer and sheets can be pulled out with ease, while keeping the rest in place and well-protected.

I purchased these for my 9 inch cake pans and they are too large. They fit my 9 inch springform pan perfectly. I didn’t realize when purchasing this that 9 inch cake pans are a nominal size and each manufacturer has a different bottom diameter. Not so with springform pans. I had to really search Amazon to find liners that fit my kitchenaid 9 inch pans because not many parchment sellers take into account cake pans, they’re only selling springform sizes. I did finally find one seller with various decimal sizes. These liners here that I bought are a good quality and come in a dispensable box, but since I rarely use my springform pan, I’ll have these til I die, lol.
