Overall 4 stars because for the price, the mouse house is cute & there’s no mess escaping it. Now for my numerous complaints; The wheels don’t turn well, and I attached one, but don’t think the mice are big enough to work against the poor turning, so I will probably take it out. (They have a blue flat wheel that they love anyway)The 2nd wheel does not even have a place to be attached…unless I drilled a hole large enough for it, which I wasn’t interested in doing. The instructions are poor. The order in which they are listed doesn’t make sense. And some parts of the instructions are missing altogether. Be prepared to play with a large 3D puzzle that feels like building a house of cards. With some common sense, it can be figured out. It came with a package of rubber bands and never mentioned their use. I figured out afterward, with the wobbly walls and coming apart corners, that the rubber bands are for securing the structure where it connects. I’ve added some close ups of that. The 2 large front doors that are meant to come up and down easily, DO NOT. The plastic part meant to make it connect is too small. I showed a close up of my clear tape fix-er-upper to solve that problem. Doors still won’t stay latched unless you use those rubber bands on them- which are a pain to take on and off each time, or use tape to tape the door shut. Be prepared to get creative for the design flaws with this one. But overall, with a bit of creativity, you can have an adorable nicely working habitat with great visibility to see what they’re doing inside. The globe out houses, water bottles, ladders, and play houses it comes with are of good quality.

This product was the worse purchase I have made. It’s cheaply made. Poor craftsmanship. For 120.00 it should stay together but it falls apart. Don’t waste your money. My granddaughter was so disappointed in this birthday gift. If I could give it a 0 rating I would.

I love this enclosure and my hamster loves it more ! A lot bigger than I expected and absolutely worth every penny! From the ceramic food bowls to the faux trees on the outside. EVERY detail is so appreciated.The seller was very helpful throughout the whole process of it getting here! AND YES The running wheels are actually noise proof ! LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE! After spending 2-3 hours putting it together, our hamster was able to bust out of it the first night. My daughter fell in love with the design, but it’s really not capable of keeping a hamster enclosed. Not sturdy. Waste of money.

The media could not be loaded. I almost didn’t buy this hamster mansion…(hamsion?🧐😂🤣😂🤣) because of a lot of the reviews. The photos of others, the clear sections seemed cloudy or foggy, now I know why….people DIDN’T follow instructions… step one is to REMOVE all the plastic protectors. So it seems to me it’s highly likely these are the same people complaining about how difficult it is to build. This is true, especially considering, they sent me instructions for a different habitat. It took me an hour just to unbox it and peel all the plastic covers off of both sides of most parts. This is extremely messy because it appears that they cut out all the pieces with the protective covers on it, they are literally on so tight and when you peel them off plastic shavings go everywhere. Be prepared for gum bands to be whizzing past your face and through the whole room, while you’re building it. Lmao 😂🤣😂🤣 that’s what holds this thing together… gumbands!!! It is a bit flimsy, ( you will crack a few pieces as not everything perfectly lines up. The play wheels aren’t spinning, something is wrong, I tried so many times and they still don’t turn so my hamster keeps getting behind them and tries to pull them to get them started, she looks like the next contestant on the price is right, trying to spin for the $1. It seems like it’s going to be difficult to clean but hey, it’s just tooooo darn cute ! Now it’s my hamsters turn to build me a mansion !!
