I will be 81 years old this month and I have been riding racing bikes and e-bikes for years now. I have a 10-year-old Yorkie who loves riding with me. Having to lift my leg up over the high seat when getting on and off my two-wheel e-bike with my Yorkie in a basket on the handlebars was starting to get a little precarious, and I felt it may only be a matter of time before we crash. I recently decided to sell my two-wheel e-bike and purchase this trike to replace it. It arrived 5 days ahead of the scheduled date and it is an outstanding product that is built like a tank. The 750-watt motor has plenty of power on both flat ground and riding up hills. It tops over 20 mph, but it seems much faster than that when you are riding it. There was some question as to what size battery it came with but mine did come with a 21 Ah battery. It also came with two side mirrors, a rear soft cooler chest, turn signals, stop light, headlight, dual disk brakes, dual parking brakes, front and rear baskets, front and rear fenders and adjustable front shocks. I assembled the bike myself with very little need for the assembly manual, but I did watch the assembly video twice before starting the 2 1/2-hour assembly process. It is worth noting you should install the rear fenders on the rear basket before installing the basket on the back of the bike, otherwise it would be very difficult to install the fenders. I had a question that needed clarification, so I contacted Perraro by e-mail and within an hour I received a call from Mike in customer service who talked me through some items I was unsure about. I reviewed a lot of trikes before this purchase, and I have no doubt I made the right decision. The pictures show a different front basket than what comes with the Trike. I used this soft basket to accommodate my Yorkie riding partner but the front basket that comes with the trike is very substantial. I want to thank Mike for his excellent customer support.

I was pretty happy with my new e-bike at the beginning, it went pretty well. After about 6 weeks of use, the suspension on the front wheel broke. And no, it wasn't because of my weight, I weigh 105 pounds, it was because of the cheap workmanship of the suspension on the front wheel. The break also damaged the motor, which is attached to the front wheel, and was irreparable. According to our in-house electrician in our company. After that, I contacted Perrara. Nothing or just a simple wash came. No solution. Always just bla bla bla... Please don't buy a bike from this manufacturer, the cheap workmanship at a high price. Terrible customer service. Really not something my company will buy again.

After researching and reading reviews for several months, we finally decided on this etrike! We love the way it looks and how well built it is! It is comfortable to ride and is very well made! Customer service goes above and beyond to make sure everything is right and that we are 100% happy with our purchase. When it arrived it was packed very well. The only issue we had was it had a bent crank arm when it arrived. We contacted them and they sent us a new one along with the tool to change it out. We don’t know much about bikes period and they told us we could take it to a bike shop if we needed to and they would pay for them to fix it. But my husband seen it was an easy fix since they sent the tool along with the part so he took care of it himself.. Then we had another problem because he installed the part wrong. The pedals were not lined up correctly so it would not pedal.. only went half circle. Once again we contacted them and they asked for a video of the problem. We sent them that and they immediately called us and told us the problem.. This time it was our fault! lol Anyway my husband used the tool they sent and reinstalled the part correctly this time!! They went above and beyond to help us! We are happy to say that our new etrike is perfect now! No issues!! It’s nice to know if we ever have another problem that their customer service will be there for us! If you’re looking for a AWESOME looking, eye catching etrike with outstanding customer service then look no further!! I highly recommend the Perraro Etrike!! Not only for their customer service but also for its looks and its ruggedness, speed and comfort!!!

Although this trike did not work for me due to my own difficulty with riding it, it is very well made, starts and runs perfectly. Everything works well on it including turn signals, head lamp, brake lights. My grandson had fun riding it around. It easily goes up hills and runs 20 mph or more. The addition of storage front and rear is an asset if one wants to ride to a store etc. A younger person would find this bike to be an excellent choice.

I got this trike for my wife. We were able to put it together without any issues. We live in an area where there are a lot of big hill and so far there have not been any issues getting up the hills. Some may think the bike is a little pricy but we feel it was well worth it. We were so impressed and we left her friend try it, and last night we helped her to order one. I would definitely recommend this trike. It comes with a lot of extras that other trikes do not come with. Brake light, turn signals, great mirrors, upgraded seat.

Liked nothing about it. It felt cheap and wobbly, and I felt very unsafe. They weren’t very cooperative until I really made a stink and they wanted me to pay the shipping so I just delivered it to an Amazon warehouse and told him it was up to them. I wouldn’t buy from them again. In addition, Amazon did nothing to help me.
