Very pleased. It arrived days earlier than expected. It took me and my teen daughter about 2.5 hours to put together. Not hard. Not easy. Definitely line things up first and then tighten everything. One zipper busted after I put the cushion in - so I have to repair that. I left one cushion out in the rain and while there was a puddle (I assumed total waterproof) the foam insert was wet. So until my cover arrives next week I have been bringing the cushions inside. I love that it matches a previous three piece set I had, so now I have extra seating. Waiting to see how durable it is - but for the price if I can get 2 -4 years out of it I would be happy. When the cushions are off, the comfort is ok but low. With the cushions on it’s a good height. I love that you can arrange it how you want to. Overall very pleased.

I could not be more pleased with this purchase. I was of course nervous to make such a big and expensive purchase online, without seeing the product, but all the reviews I read held true. Arrived as expected, in 4 sturdy boxes; I was impressed with the packing design, as all the pieces fit snuggly together in the boxes like a puzzle, so nothing arrived jostled or damaged. There were clear sets of instructions for each piece, and all the parts were labeled to match the instructions. I had a little trouble understanding how the incline seat pieces went together, but nothing terribly taxing. I would recommend that, while assembling, don't tighten any hardware until all of the hardware in a piece is assembled; I noticed that if I tightened each joint one at a time, that sometimes I would get to the last joint or two and the holes wouldn't line up well. Of course, this is not a con of the product, but moreso speaks to my knowledge as an assembler. I was impressed with how sturdy everything was, but yet still how light the pieces were for me to carry and move around until I figured out the design I wanted. The cushions are decent - I haven't used them long enough to know whether the sponge inside the covers will bounce back after a lot of wear, but they aren't uncomfortable, and I'm really impressed with how easy to clean the covers are. My cats have been climbing all over, and all it takes is a quick brush of the hand and their leftover fur (or debris from the neighbor's tree) brush right off. Haven't tried washing them yet, but from the feel of the material, it's kind of like a shower curtain or washable outdoor tablecloth, so I'm assuming it will likewise be easy to wipe down if needed. If I had to nitpick at all, there are only 2 things I would really want improved: 1. The suction cups on the table didn't really adhere well to the glass tabletop. I had to repeatedly press down to get any of them to stick, and then because the cups aren't secure in their vertical/horizontal location on the table (the wicker spaces have a little give), the suction cups can move a little if the tabletop is bumped. But that's kind of minor, as the glass is really heavy enough to stay in place (especially with a plant or other decor on top). 2. While I LOVE that most of the back cushions have straps to hold them in place on the non-corner pieces, I wish there was also some way of attaching the seat cushions, and the back cushions on the corners. Again, nitpicking, but it's not too hard to slide around if you don't know the cushions aren't attached, and if it's super windy the backs on the corner cushions can flip down.

We decided to buy this version with the fire pit. For one person, I took my time to put the pieces together. Best to start with the commonly shaped non corner seats. Helps with piece identification. Took a couple of days to gradually put together. With two people or in a hurry could have been faster. Husband able to join in did the fire pit. Ugh first two pieces and one had a metal cut error affecting assembly. Contacted company via email, chat not a great idea. Received immediate response by email. Did have to make sure I watched and responded to emails accounting for time zone differences. I sent pics of damaged part and proof of purchase for return. Outcome.... instead of sending just one piece (not available) they sent a brand new set for the fire pit. My heart sunk with idea of sending other one back. NOPE immediately they said that was not going to be required. Waited about 3 weeks. Fire pit here and it's perfect. The whole set is ready. Just be sure to buy a cover, they're inexpensive and easy to take on and off. Consider product for water protection. Great customer service... be patient.

I love this set! It’s perfect for my patio area, it’s customizable to fit in multiple areas, and very sturdy. The only reason I didn’t rate it 5 stars is the cushions do move around quite a bit, and putting it together is a lengthy task.

While I'm overall ok with the purchase so far, it was advertised that the corner section would raise and recline the model I received does not have this function. Not a deal breaker but the price should go down if the functionality isn't there

Love this patio sectional!! We have had it for almost a year now and it has held up so well! The sectional has held up so well even with our 4 dogs jumping up on it to lay down! I love that the seats clean up so well too. This was also very easy to put together. I would definitely recommend purchasing it!
