Easy to assemble. Beautiful furniture with a lovely wicker look. Absolutely LOVE the hideaway ottomans and was a top reason for choosing this set over others because I have a small space where I use them, but wanted the convenience of a lounge chair type experience. As you can see, kitty is very fond of them, too! The only downside so far is the cushions, like many other reviews mention. First is the "MEH" quality. They are thin and not very cushy, but ok. Second, the color (just a personal preference) is not white, not yellow, but more like a yellow-ish ivory or "buttercream" color? By far, wouldn't be my choice of color as it doesn't really match anything. Third, I have found that they actually HOLD water. I expected them to be water repellent but when I picked up a cushion a day after the rain, it was heavily saturated and I had to set them up in a way they could drain and dry out. They will probably get me through this first summer, but I expect I will have to replace them. Still worth the investment in my opinion, but this company could really have an outstanding product if they upgraded the cushions. I'd be willing to pay more for that! Would still recommend. P.S. Found this beautiful rug on Amazon, too.

I received this furniture set about a week ago in two boxes. One of them was partially busted open along one side, and that immediately gave me concern about potentially missing or damaged pieces. Thankfully, everything arrived fine. Here are my findings after having used the set for a few days sitting out on the patio and enjoying the limited sunshine we have had in California. PROS - Very well-packaged. Even survived some rough handling by FedEx - Fairly inexpensive - Easy installation/assembly: all screws are the same size so I did not have to check which one went to which hole - Wrench was included, and so no additional tools were required - Very straight-forward, easy to follow instructions - No lingering smell after a few hours - VERY comfortable cushions - Material seems well made - All parts were labeled with letters that corresponded with the ones in the instructions (making part identification easy) CONS - The included wrench made my fingers VERY sore after tightening all the screws. I suggest you use your own, proper tool instead - There was an initial, strong smell after unpacking the parts, but went away after a few hours of airing out - Am not a fan of the "PamaPic" logo plate at the front of the furniture pieces as it stands out a lot. Thankfully, it was easy to break the logo plate for removal. I believe it would be much better to have the logo placed ONLY at the BACK of the furniture instead so it is less intrusive Overall, this set of furniture looks great in our backyard and lends a very relaxing, luxurious feel to the patio without the high prices we found in retail stores.

Shipping was fast, assembly was pretty easy (definitely use a Torx screwdriver or drill bit if you have one, not an Allen key/hex wrench). I had to un-assemble the first chair partway through and re-do it but it only took a few extra minutes. Say 20-30 minutes to assemble the whole thing. I'm 6'2" and about 210 lbs and these fit fine, not squeezed or tight at all. My wife is about 5'9 and weight-appropriate and it fits her great too. I looked through a lot of these type sets to find some that were a little wider because of all the comments about "children's furniture" that you see with the smaller sets. No, they are not as comfy as our friend's recliners with really wide arms that cost $700 each. But I've sat in them for a couple hours at a time reading and they are fine. Some people upgrade the cushions, I will probably do that after these wear out or get grimy but we like the included ones well enough to use them until that point. I am very pleasantly surprised and if our deck had enough room I'd buy another set.

This patio set looks great and fits perfectly on my patio. The chairs and cushions are very comfortable. Assembly was pretty easy and didn’t take much time. I do recommend using your own tool instead of the one included, as it can be a bit difficult to work with. Overall, I’m very satisfied with this purchase and would definitely recommend it to others.

So I got this beige set as a present for my boyfriend. I think this set is good for space saving, comfort, and price. However, putting it together was a real challenge with the wicker and aligning the screws while using an Allen wrench. Another, con was in the picture the wicker looks like a dark brown, but it’s more like a reddish brown. It’s not the end of the world but definitely a little misleading. Lastly, for the price compared to other sets on Amazon it ranges about the same when including $99 shipping fee, so that’s another misleading thing about this set.
