Do not recommend anyone buying this thing for children, which I assume is the intended audience. When the alarm goes off, smacking the creeper to snooze the alarm, as an over enthusiastic child tends to do, seems to cause the entire clock to reset. Time and alarm go back to 12:00/7:00. Setting the time isn’t an issue but setting the alarm again can be a pain. Most of the time when holding down the alarm button to try and set it, it will do nothing but show the time again. It’s unfortunate because this does have a cool design and everything but it’s just a cheap piece of plastic with poorly put together electronics inside. I’ll have to return this and find something else for the kid. ... show more

Didn’t give it 5 stars because advertising is false, it says night light function, I expected the night light to stay on for a long time but it turns off after like a minute or 2, so if youre looking for night light function as well, this is not what youre looking for.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I chose this item for an eight year old birthday gift! He likes Minecraft and I thought this would nice for him to use daily. Alarm clock: The color is a nice green. The plastic is okay. It could have been a little better quality. Look: It looks nice because it does look like Minecraft. Functionality: It’s a practical gift. I don’t know how easy it will be to use? I’m giving the gift to the grandparents to give to the birthday boy. I don’t know yet how the sound quality will be? I did not hear from the recipient yet. A little challenging to set up initially, one day the alarm wouldn’t stop and I ended up having to nearly break it. The mini screw where the batteries go was super hard to get loose.
