5 Stars to Paiseec, a company selling a mobility scooter. Here’s why…. Hello everyone. I recently purchased a Paiseec mobility scooter. I would like to share a few words concerning the quality of the mobility scooter, and the Paiseec customer service. About the quality of the scooter that I purchased, I will not speak about this much as each individual customer is going to have their own opinion about their own purchase. The scooter that I purchased from Paiseec was nice looking, and definitely operates well. We have a minivan. The scooter disassembled easily, was not too heavy for me, a man, to stow the disassembled scooter, and was easily reassembled. I don’t have an opinion about the durability or the longevity of the scooter as I did not use the scooter. I did test it outside on our concrete driveway, disassembled it, stowed it in our vehicle, and then reassembled the scooter. Zero problems. Probably most people interested in purchasing mobility scooters have questions about these very same things. Yes, important they are, your questions about a scooter, however, in my opinion, these things about a mobility scooter referenced by me, these are not the most important questions to have considering the purchase of a scooter. Customer service is. I did return the scooter that I purchased from Paiseec. Why? I found the scooter to be too small for me. My height is over six feet, and I weigh 265 pounds. My weight was not a problem; however, I found that I would prefer a scooter that was bigger. Also, keeping an eye on comparable scooters in the 30 day return window that Paiseec offers, prices for some comparables dropped considerably. Therefore, I decided to make the return. I contacted Paiseec customer service and found that phone call was answered by very polite customer service agents who were very informative and competent. They knew what they were talking about, and what they said is the way that it was. Now, I did contact them several times because of problems on my end, that the agents were able to help me with. Again, very polite people. Because I ran into some issues on my end, Paiseec even extended my return window a few days past the 30 day return window. I had begun the return within the 30 days; they gave me a few days past this window to make the shipment. I did have problems repacking the scooter in the original container that the scooter is packaged in from the factory. Because of this, and because a return needs to be repackaged in this factory container for a return, if you purchase any scooter that is shipped partially disassembled in a box to your address, I would recommend that you have someone make a video of you unpacking the scooter. At least take photos of every step you take unpacking. If you do not, you may find that you are unable to repackage the scooter, if needed, as it was originally sent. To Paiseec’s customer service, I definitely give 5 stars. Every phone call that I made was answered. If my call was placed on hold it was only a few minutes, no longer. The customer service agents are kind, polite, understandable, know what they are talking about. Very competent people. I felt like I made some friends because of my phone calls, and mostly text messaging to the company. The agent that I had most of my communications with is named Miko. I probably will never forget Miko. Helpful, polite, kind, very informative, very responsive to my communications. No, I did not keep the scooter that I purchased from Paiseec. But, because of my experience with their customer service, if there would be anything else that Paiseec sells that I would be interested in purchasing, I would do so without question. I trust Paiseec. The company has proven itself with me to be honest. In fact, I would pay a reasonable amount more to Paiseec, for the same product that may be offered for a cheaper price by another company. Why? Because of Paiseec’s excellent customer service. Many times we find that some purchases we make end up not being such a bargain. When customer service is needed, and it is impossible to get, we may, then, have a product that we will never use, or cannot use, because the customer service for that purchase is not available, even though it was told to us that it would be there. Any company that exists, does so to hopefully help their customers, and hopefully provide employment that each employee, from upper level to lower level, will find to be an income that will be helpful for themselves, their families, and for others that the company or employee may find it their privilege to help. Every company that exists needs to have an income in the black, not the red, when the monthly books are figured. If they don’t, they will not be a company for very long. I have talked about the need of a company to make, not lose, money. Why? Excellent customer service is expensive to any company that offers it. Paiseec offers excellent customer service, and needs to pay for this service to us with the funding that is accumulated from their sales. Yes, Paiseec gets a rating of 5 stars from me, a customer that was patient with them, as they were with me, in the return of a mobility scooter that was sold by Paiseec. Missing several pieces (nuts/bolts/screws/etc) for arm rest, rear basket, etc. No directions on how to install mirrors. 1st time used at a Renaissance faire where pathway had lots of sand, the scooter kept getting stuck. Other scooters with wider tires had no problems manuevering through the sand. Because of getting stuck and having to get up and down so many times to get out of the sand, the battery only lasted 2-3 hours. Luckily I had the charger and the staff allowed me to recharge the battery long enough to get through most of the Faire. If you'll be using scooter off road, make sure it comes with wide off-road tires.

The scooter arrived with a damaged battery case. Paiseec customer sevice helped get a replacement battery ordered. They provided excellent response to our emails and resolved the issue definitely 5 star service

Bought this to use while cooking. I can't stand for long, due to spinal stenosis an I bought this because, the seat turns an allows me to work at the stove and counter. It's really pretty and works very well. I don't like the loud beeper when you back up. They need a button you can turn off when not needed. I had an issue so, I called customer service and Dave called me back and was so wonderful to deal with. If you have any problems just know they will go out of their way to make you a happy customer. They handled my issue an I couldn't be more pleased. Great scooter.
