The media could not be loaded. This couch is way better quality that I expected for the price. The cushions are a lot firmer than you expect them to be so be prepared. I was also concerned when I set it up and it looked really short. Yes, the couch is lower to the ground than some others but it isn’t that low once the cushions are on. The boxes are HEAVY I was able to lift them alone but just barely and I’m in my early 20’s going to the gym regularly. The boxes are awkward, big, and thick so you probably want at least two people to get them inside. Putting it together I was able to do alone but it helps if you have two people, more might be overkill but the directions say 3-5 adults. The assembly has only 4 types of hardware. 1 screw type, 1 bolt type, 1 nut, and 1 washer which makes everything really easy! The directions are mostly easy to follow but do have some wrong part lables in the wrong steps and some steps are out of order too. Photos include assembly notes to make your life easier as I had to take B and A apart for attaching the arm rest. This thing is super sturdy for pet and kid zoomies and honestly very comfy. The back is low as other reviews have said but it that is pretty easily solved by an extra pillow. The bottom to the floor is also pretty short and keeps most of the dog toys from being lost to the abyss. The legs are nice and smooth so it can slide around my wood floors without scratching. The cushions also unzip for washing but the foam is TIGHT in there so it might be had to get back in there if you do take them out. I’m really excited about this couch. You do have to pay for the shipping but with that it was still less than trying to buy a couch locally. It arrived quickly (5 large boxes) and one box came at a different time which was a little weird but they all did make it within a week of ordering. Took a risk on these couches considering it didn’t have much reviews but I’m glad I bought them. Easy to assemble. Firm couches. Just have to fluff out the pillows as they come prepackaged. Would recommend to anyone looking for affordable couches with decent quality material.

I was worried about the quality of a sofa that had to be put together, however; I took the plunge. My boxes arrived in horrible condition, one was ripped open and wet. (Especially considering the cost of shipping) I began unpacking the boxes and realized that the quality of the material was far better than what I had thought so that was a plus. As I started assembling the pieces I began to think that maybe it wasn’t going to be sturdy enough to handle the rough kids and the dog. Once completed and all tightened down I was surprised to realize it was much more sturdy than I once thought. All in all I’m very happy I decided to purchase and it looks great!! Do not buy this couch. For the price it’s not worth it. It sits VERY low to the ground and the back support doesn’t even support your whole back because it sits so low. I would post a picture but was eager to put it in the box to send it back.

I was hesitant to buy a sofa off line with out seeing it in person. But at the same I love the color I just wish it could support the weight but the other than the couch’s are nice and I would refer family and friends about the product. Nice sofa. Easy to assemble and good customer support.

Look, the couch is comfy and all but I paid $900+ for a specific BLACK couch. I ended up getting a dark navy blue couch…… DISAPPOINTED is an understatement.
