This was the closest can opener, in design, to the first I had 50 years ago. The old one got dull. This is sharp and is easy to crank after shoulder surgery. I expect it will last 50 years, unless they’re no longer made as well. I rated it 4 stars because I saw a few others that seemed to have a better design, and that were recommended to me.
