If I could give 10 stars to Ovis I would! It's that good and I would recomend purchasing this Ovis Furniture Package to anyone and I think it's well worth the cost. YES, I did have just a bit of buyers remorse at first but after unpacking and assembling the furniture that went away quickly. The assembly instructions are the best and all the parts are packaged and labeled. Asembly was a breeze! The furniture is very comfortable also and we use the furniture every day the weather is good. There was a problem with on of the panels for the fire pit which was missing a flange. I contacted Ovis and set them a picture of this panel and without hesitation they sent me a relacement immediatly! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! THANK YOU OVIS!!! Reviews are a very valuable resource to us consumers and that's why I wanted to write this review so if you're considering purchasing this furniture you will not be be disappointed and well worth the investment. I do like the furniture; the delivery itself created the problems and it was not delivered to the specified "spot". Without neighbors to assist in the large boxes, the furniture might still be "lounging" on my driveway in the front of the garage.

The patio set was exactly what I hoped it would be. The cushions are super comfortable, and I love that the ottomans can be used as extra seats or footrests. The swivel chairs are my favorite by far. I was able to put all the furniture together on my own in 2-3 hours. The directions were good and the parts were divided and labeled. We bought a 230 gallon deck box to store the cushions. You wouldn't necessarily need one that big, but the 12 cushions do fill it up quite a bit. Very happy with this purchase!!!
