We just finished a screened in porch on our house and was needing several pieces of furniture for that area. This gave us several pieces for $1500, which was a good value compared to the others we had looked at. I saw reviews on here that the assembly was challenging. My 13 year old daughter put the first chair together by herself. My husband and father put the remainder together. Our experience was great getting things to line up and go together greatly! They did use an electric screwdriver and that sped the assembly process up a bit. The cushions are a little on the thin side, but they aren't intolerable. This is a very nice set and customer service was responsive. The sofa back was bent and the company sent a replacement quickly. It is a little light weight so if you live in a windy area like we do, they must be secured or brought indoors.

We just finished a backyard upgrade that included a modern design with gray tone color scheme. This furniture complements it perfectly. There was a problem with delivery but the seller was very good with communication and resolved everything. It takes a while to install everything but for the cost I paid it was worth the effort.     • Too limited instructions. Needs another table also.
Need more detail than just labeled photos - written text for each step possibly. Also, need a power drill or battery /elect screwdriver with so many things that need to be put together. Also, so many places to sit with only one tiny table. I hope to be able to fin matching or similar tables to complete my set. ... show more

We purchased this set to add to our patio. It arrived in a few different boxes. When we first opened I was a little concerned on the quality. Putting it together we noticed some of the pieces didn't line up properly. I also have a different wicker set on out pool deck and this quality isn't nearly what that is. Additionally the cushions are extremely thin and not sturdy. I reached out to the seller with my concerns of the overall quality and they approved a return. I have no idea how to even begin returning this due to its size and the fact that it's put together. I am so disappointed in this experience. ... show more

Was nervous getting patio furniture from Amazon but took the plunge and very happy with this purchase. Furniture is great quality and looks awesome. Takes a while to put together with all the screws but it’s worth it once it’s all together. Back cushions and extra pillows are thin but bottom cushions are thick. Had issue with swivel piece on delivery but customer service replaced the piece very quickly. Great product, worth the money, and great customer service. When putting together, don’t put furniture material (top/side) directly on ground as it may scratch. Use cardboard it was delivered in as a work bench or place under furniture when assembling. ... show more

Absolutely love this set! Was looking at Ashley furniture that was going to cost a lot more plus I wouldn’t be able to get as many pieces. Decided to go this route and so far I’m not disappointed. Good quality, and size. Does require assembly but do a couple pieces a day and it’s not bad at all.
