I want to start by saying this is very large furniture which is exactly what we wanted and searched for. It is high back and high arms with firm cushions. The wicker itself is an odd material of a plastic like product. My last wicker set was more or less like a wood product and did not last 3 years here in Florida so maybe this set will. It did arrive with some damage (scratches) to a couple of the arms and the company sent replacement arms right away. It has gotten some rain from a windy storm and did dry quickly. I really love the size of the sofas and the ottomans are also huge! 4 adults can easily sit on each sofa. The one thing I want to note is the wicker color. It very much looks gray on the website but it is brown. I attached pics so hopefully this is clear. Even though I wanted the gray, I do love the brown too. I found a fire table that almost matches the brown but not quite.

I have a large outdoor patio 14x20 feet covered space and it fits nicely, however The only thing I dont like is that it is not as comfortable for sitting on for a long time or lying down to take a nap. The cushions are not that sturdy or firm , and it takes a long time to dry off when it rains (I live in FL so it does rain here often especially in the summer.). I wish i would have bought a set that had better cushions.

We ordered this furniture for our new deck that we had being built expecting delivery in 3 to 4 weeks. It arrived in 3 to 4 days! Which was a nice surprise - LOL It took about 2 hours to assemble everything together as long as you follow the instructions it was simple. The color was perfect, and we loved the accent pillows with a bit of green, so we bought a green umbrella which really makes the whole thing pop! It is very comfortable and we have had several compliments on the furniture from friends and family. The only thing that was missing when we got it was the top of 2 ottomans, we contacted the company and they immediately sent us 2 new ottomans. Overall I would say their customer service is amazing and the furniture seems to be good quality that will be enjoyed for years to come!

This set is amazing!! So sturdy and so durable. The cushions do not feel like outdoor cushions but they are so waterproof. This was such a good deal for the money. It looks like a ton of pieces, and it is but you can configure them however fits your needs. I was afraid they wouldn’t all fit on my patio and they did.

My husband is super handy but it still took him hours. He did find the instructions necessary and helpful. This set is absolutely beautiful and comfortable right now!!! So glad I purchased it over many others. It says it’s waterproof so if it’s a mess in the future, I will let you know.

It rained 5 days ago. A full day later I discovered that all of the seat and ottoman cushions were SOAKED. I unzipped and turned back all of the covers and propped them all up to drain. I’ve gone out multiple times each day to squeeze water out of them. Our deck is in full sun most of the day. This morning they’re still dripping wet. We have more rain coming and I have no idea where I will put the 12 WET cushions. (Note: We have an outdoor dinner set that was in that same rain storm. All of those cushions are DRY.) Do not purchase this furniture unless you have a fully covered area so it will never get rained on!
