Only 2 of the 4 weights arrived. The 2 that did arrive are used and have scuff marks. One of them is missing the plug piece that hold stuff inside the weight.

    • Some are missing a piece in back so see cement
For my needs the the weight work but if was out in outdoors expose to elements or where others would see would have to return one of the packages due to hole in plastic and missing piece to cover.
