I want to share feedback on Ovios so a potential customer can make an informed decision. Ovios is not willing to address their error and “make it right” (claim on their website). Ovios’ unreasonable request for the customer to disassemble chairs (6-8 hrs to assemble) and repackage them in the same manner or the “customer would have to compensate” (Ovios words), isn’t acceptable. After a month of back and forth, I requested a full refund. Ovios loss the second package, but placed the burden on the customer (for refund). Not a company you want to do business with. Look them up on the Better Business Bureau. Ovios practice of loosing customer packages is common. ... show more
