Let’s start by saying this this is not the highest quality furniture on the market. But follow that up with it is a very good quality for the price. I had read the reviews and thought that I would take a chance on it as I didn’t want to pay $4,000 for outdoor furniture that might not last any longer than this. I purchased the two swivel rockers and couch with ottoman. The chairs came in separate delivery than the couch but within a few days of each other. The mechanics of the chair are heavy duty and I think that they will last for a long time. The couch also seems to be sturdy and I don’t anticipate any issues with the strength. The furniture is very comfortable and I am very pleased with the look and feel. The cloth material is not super soft but okay, definitely not the higher quality of Sumbrella, but considering the price I accept that. I do recommend that you purchase covers for it if you plan on leaving the cushions outside all of the time. I decided that it was easier to cover them than to bring the cushions into the garage when not using. The rattan type material seems to be a good quality as well. The color was exactly as described and the gray cushion material matched perfectly. And finally, the assembly was pretty much as everyone says. Not easy but not difficult. Just plan on it taking one to two hours, take your time and get an electric drill to speed up the process. It would definitely be frustrating and very time consuming to use only the tools that were provided.

I will start with the pro. It does look the same as in the picture. That’s far I feel in general. This is sturdy and good quality. Colors are as expected. Measurements on point. The negative. The delivery came in for separate shipments. We got the first shipment within a week, but it took another week to get the following two shipments. I had to reach out to the seller. Regardless, it all came. You need to be a little careful that you don’t strip the screws if you use a motorized handheld drill. And I would recommend using that given the number of attachments. Just go light on the speed. I stripped a couple of screws and was able to make it work, but they don’t give you a ton of extra screws. Lastly, one of the seat pillows was quite smooshed. While it has expanded in the past couple of weeks, it does not look as crisp and firm as the other pillows. But all in all a good set for the money.

We love this set. Better than expected, but you need a lot of patience to assemble. After trying to manually tighten screws with the hand tools they sent you, we ended up finding a drill bit to fit and used a drill. Made the process go much faster. It was annoying that the screws were separately packaged and well labeled in the swivel chairs but the ones for the couches were all in one big package and it was a huge guessing game. After putting it together we love it, it’s sturdy and doesn’t feel like it’s going to unravel in a year.

We just finished a screened in porch on our house and was needing several pieces of furniture for that area. This gave us several pieces for $1500, which was a good value compared to the others we had looked at. I saw reviews on here that the assembly was challenging. My 13 year old daughter put the first chair together by herself. My husband and father put the remainder together. Our experience was great getting things to line up and go together greatly! They did use an electric screwdriver and that sped the assembly process up a bit. The cushions are a little on the thin side, but they aren't intolerable. That is literally my only complaint.

The delivery service must have dropped the back of the couch piece on it's corner, because when we received it, it was skewed to one side. I contacted the company and they immediately sent out a replacement. It's all assembled and looks great. Can't wait to try it out when it warms up a bit.

First off, use a ratchet screwdriver with an appropriate bit and NOT the provided allen wrench. This will save you A TON of time and sore hands. Also, SEPARATE ALL SCREWS BEFORE ANYTHING!!! This was very confusing. They put 5 different sized screws in one box, but the chairs only use 3 different types. If you don't actually measure and separate the 35mm, 45mm, 60mm, 95mm you will very likely end up using the wrong size in different spots. There is no mention of different size screws unless you unbox EVERYTHING and read all the manuals first and not just the box you're working with. So, get a ratchet screwdriver with a matching bit for the screws, and separate ALL the screws in the beginning and assembly will be fairly simple and take a lot less time. My biggest issue is the fact it's an outdoor furniture set and it is flat advertised as having "Waterproof Cushions". These cushions are NOT waterproof. They are somewhat water resistant, but the cushion stuffing soaks in the water. They will absolutely appear and feel dry after rain, and then you sit down and your clothes will be soaked. This also means it will take the material much longer to dry after getting wet. Considering this is for an outdoor space, this should be addressed specifically and NOT advertised as "Waterproof". This is my reason for the 1 star, as this has a major impact on the specific use of the furniture and to correct this, I will now need to spend more money on more appropriate TRUE waterproof cushions. The quality of the furniture itself is quite good though. Feels comfortable and sturdy. Assembly did take time, but using a ratcheting screwdriver and separating material made it a fairly simple project.
