I was very impressed with this set. The only thing that was a pain was putting it together. The tools cannot be used with an electric drill. You must use the 2 small tools that are provided. Other than that, I love it.

I have had the set on my screened porch for a week. First, it comes in 3 boxes. They were delivered 3 separate days with the last one arriving on the Amazon delivery date, perfect! It took about 4 hours to put all the pieces together, definitely recommend using a drill. My husband said it would have taken a lot longer with the tool in the box. They do give extra screws and they are separate and labeled extra screws. The set color and pillows were exactly what I was expecting. It would have been nice to have more throw pillows or an option to buy additional. I am having a hard time finding some to match, but it is the end of the season, according to the stores, so pickings are slim. In the description it makes it seem as though the steel goes horizontal and vertical across the seats; it does not. There are 3 vertical steel beams across the sofa bottom and the horizontal ones are rattan. I prefer to have steel horizontal and vertical because it lasts longer than the rattan. Hopefully, this will not be a problem but that is one of the main reasons I chose this set because it looked like steel both ways. I would not recommend using the ottomans for seating b/c it is all rattan. I am using them as side tables with trays on top. Overall, I would recommend the set. Again, I have only been using it for a week. If I have any issues I will update. The coffee table did not come with the set. ... show more

The furniture itself seems to be a nice quality and is comfy to sit on. If you are not mechanically inclinced you may have difficulty assembling the furniture. There is one diagram with little to no specifics on how things are supposed to go together, but after some trial and error I was able to assemble the chairs and ottomans by myself. They do provide lots of spare parts as well as allen wrenches and other small wrenches, but you will not be able to attach the feet to the chairs unless you have a socket wrench. ... show more

The furniture is a great size and is perfect for our large patio! Very cozy, the cushions are firm and comfortable. Disclaimer:: be mindful that all the pieces may come on separate days so don’t be alarmed, we got two boxes one day and the last box the next day.

Not many reviews on this product so I figured I’d add one. I took a star away because building this with the tools provided will take you a while. If you can use a power drill, you will thank me later. Just don’t over tighten or strip anything. All pieces of hardware came in the box in addition to spares. Sturdy construction although it took a bit of adjusting (nothing major) to get them to sit level on the patio. Also it comes in three boxes. Don’t be alarmed if only 2/3 get delivered. The 3rd is coming just two days later for some reason. Do yourself a favor buy furniture covers for your furniture to keep them nice and out of elements. Ottomans feel sturdy like we could use them as seating. I’d definitely recommend these to anyone. Our guests think they’re the best addition to our patio so far with the exceptions of the solo stove. ... show more

This furniture is beautiful and very well made. It was a bear to assemble. They provide an Allen wrench, but some of the bolts are very difficult to access. That said, it was worth it to see the final results. We love it!
