I made sure to read many of the reviews here before purchasing this set, and I'm happy to say that there were no surprises! This furniture set looks great, is relatively simple to put together, and most importantly is sturdy. All the parts needed for assembly are carefully packaged. My only complaint is that it wasn't preemptively communicated, nor indicated in Amazon's tracking system that the shipment would arrive in multiple packages over multiple days. When I reached out to the seller I was immediately provided the additional tracking numbers to confirm that none of the packages were missing. Everything arrived quickly (to the Pacific Northwest), very happy with the time to deliver. During assembly, I found it ideal to use a small drill with a torx bit and a low torque setting to set most of the bolts, and then hand tighten to finish. Some of the heads to the bolts are soft and it can be easy to strip them, so take care not to over torque and to drive them at a straight angle. Overall, very pleased with this set. It has held up very well for us over the past several months. Unfortunately, the furniture covers weren't available when I bought the set. I would suggest either getting the covers for it or plan to store the set inside if you have snow and ice in the winter.

I am so glad I purchased this patio set. I've had this patio for over ten years and never used it. It seems very sturdy and I love the color. If you follow the directions it goes together easily. The cushions fluffed up perfectly, you just have to follow the instructions and wait patiently. The quality is better than I expected. The throw pillows were a nice surprise. I did realize they were included. It gets windy so I added the wind guard for the fire pit, and I'm glad I did. The only thing missing was covers for the furniture (the fire pit table cover was included).

Very nice set for the money. Seems well made and comfortable to sit on. Recliners are very comfortable. Tile for fire pit came broken, but manufacturer is sending out a replacement. Beautiful set!

First, I have to give a HUGE shout-out to Ovios' Customer Service Team. The items in the order arrived at different times and every question I had about the status was answered within 10 to 24 hours of emailing them, always politely and with a SATISFACTORY ANSWER! Everything was packaged impressively well and nothing sustained any damage in shipping. All the pieces are very well made and not difficult to assemble. The instructions were pretty clear on what to do. The set itself is beautiful. *(The ottomans and beige pillows were purchased separately and are not part of the 6 piece set). I am so glad we bought this in the Spring, I'm looking forward to relaxing on it all summer! I love the fire pit 🔥! We tried it once so far and even on low, it puts out a nice flame and warmth. It comes with lava rock but I might change to a pretty blue firepit glass at some point. All in all, I'm very happy with my purchase and have nothing but good to say about Ovios and their Customer Service Team!

The media could not be loaded. The color is very nice, the swivel and rocking chairs are super comfy and the fire table is perfect. Good quality set. Great customer service. We bought the blue pillows separately (Costco) to match our decor better.

Bought this patio set from Amazon based on price. Appeared to be an identical set as one I found on Wayfair, just sold under a different name. Overall it looks nice and is functional, however I've been less than pleased with the amount of hassle getting replacement parts due to damaged components that arrived in the initial shipment. My first three photos are of the same piece that had ripped strapping. The tile for the fire pit had a chipped corner... of which I could not locate in the box, so assumed it was chipped prior to shipment. The last photo is of the arm rest of one of the chairs which has a rough unfinished texture on one of the arm chairs. Customer service was great about sending the first component I mentioned. Currently in the process of submitting claim with customer service for a replacement tile and arm rest. Overall, I hope it holds up over time, as quality has been questionable during the assembly process.

This furniture is beautiful and very well made. It was a bear to assemble. They provide an Allen wrench, but some of the bolts are very difficult to access. That said, it was worth it to see the final results. We love it!

Mine was delivered on two different days and came without any damage . The instructions were easy to follow if you take your time. This is the best deal on outdoor rattan that we could find. Shipping was quick and it is high quality. Its not hard to assemble and light weight making it easy to move. This is indeed a real bargain.
