When I ordered the set, I was a bit skeptical not knowing what to expect for the purchase. Although after tax it was about $825.00 you get what you paid for and much more. First the set came in two separate boxes and arrived a day apart, however the entire set arrived 7 days earlier than expected (what a bonus). Next, I was very impressed with the way it was shipped/packaged. Not a dent, nothing was broken and the boxes themselves were dented a bit but because it was so well packaged everything was in tip top shape. Once it came time to unwrap and take the items one by one out of the boxes, I was even more impressed. It came with very straight forward directions and all the parts came in a very nice bag. It was more tedious than challenging putting the entire set together (roughly about 2/3 hours) but well worth it at the end. I decided to order the brown on beige...I figured this way the cushions will not fade out from the sun. Once put together it comes with double sided Velcro to hold the cushions in place (but it is not very good and it does end up sticking to the cushions and my mistake it made a sticky mark and I cannot get it out) so I just turned the cushion on the other side. However, I really have not had an issue with the cushions at all and they do not slip or slide all over the place. You must and I do mean must spray your cushions really good with Scotch Guard first thing, and it does work wonders, but if I know it is going to rain and I am home I make sure I put the cushions in bags (I just use big trash bags), The cushions are thick and very comfortable. I also love the pillows that came with it, I purchased others on my own and it looks great. Overall, I give this set a 5-star rating. There are so many pieces you can do so much with it and it is light to move around but very sturdy. One more thing the fabric on the cushions have a zipper so you can take them off and wash them on a gentle cycle and do not put in the dryer, let them air dry. I would love to add a photo or two to show you how adorable it looks on my new patio that I built during COVID-19...Enjoy to you all who purchase this set, I am very impressed with the company and the customer service and the overall quality and price, it is a great value and it is a must buy. Above it says I purchased Gray on Gray but this is not correct it was Brown with beige cushions, will send picture later

I was a bit apprehensive to purchase patio furniture without seeing it/feeling it/sitting in it in person….but I have no regrets because this set is amazing! It’s very well made, very sturdy, and is very comfortable for my 6’4” husband. Assembly cons: 1. None of the pieces or parts are labeled so it took a bit of time to figure out what went where. 2. The instructions were pretty terrible but once you put one piece together the rest of the pieces took way less time. 3. Oddly enough, the legs took the most amount of time to assemble. The nut doesn’t twist very far on the screw so it’s a lot of manual tightening. 4. Buyers beware, there are TWO different size washers for the screws and the instructions don’t mention it at all. There’s one size larger for the legs so make sure to separate those from the other washers. We didn’t realize this until we were starting to assemble the second chair and it was too much of a pain to disassemble the first chair to find the larger washers we used by mistake. Luckily we already had extra parts at home we could use. All-in-all, it took us about 5-6 hours to put together all the furniture. We mostly used the tools it came with so I’m sure it could take less time if you have an Allen-wrench, socket-wrench type of tool. Despite all of the small cons, I still give this 5 stars; however, I would have GLADLY paid extra for it to come assembled, if it were an option :) If you’re on the fence about purchasing this, hopefully this review helps!

Pros: Good quality and looks great on my patio. Box 1 of 2 showed up well before the due date, so the shipping was fast. Seller was responsive. Great value - this set would be twice the price at a store. Cons: It comes in two boxes which do not have separate tracking through Amazon and were not delivered at the same time. Some of the hardware to put the ottomans together was in the second box so I had to wait almost a week. I emailed the seller and they replied quickly with the FedEx tracking number of the second box (the delay was entirely the fault of FedEx- not the seller). It would be great if the correct hardware was in the correct package. The price you are paying for this means you will have some work to do. The instructions to put it together were God-awful. If I wasn't a veteran at putting IKEA furniture together it would have been a lot worse, but once we figured out the pictures (only pictures, no words) which were not that intuitive, we didn't have an issue. Here's a tip: dump out all the hardware and separate it into little containers and label them! You will save yourself an aneurysm. Also, you will have an easier time if you have a ratchet wrench. The nuts that go on when you screw the feet onto the couch and chairs are very tight and hard to turn. All in all I am very happy with the set and would recommend it - it's a good value for what you get.
