I gave this 5 stars due to the "bang for the buck" it provides. For under 900 bucks you get a very nice nine-piece patio set. I'm glad I got the swivel rocker chairs as they are definitely my favorite of the nine pieces. Lots to say about this so I will list the pluses and minuses below. Plus 1. Came as expected, nothing damaged, prompt delivery. 2. Quality components with cushions that fit and feel supportive. 3. Complete directions included with parts labeled well. 4. All parts were complete and two bags of extra parts were included. 5. Bottom line is this furniture is still comfortable after 2 months of use. Minus A. This literally took days to assemble. There are a mass of parts. You have to put everything together - including the cushions. Lots of work so be ready. I have never seen so many screws in one place. Use power tools but be gentle. B. Directions were good but not great. You really have to study them to figure out the pictures and parts screws. Okay, they did work. C. Everything was labeled - except - the swivel chairs had no labels on any part except for hardware. Kind of a puzzle putting that together. Label the chair parts. D. Cushion color. Wanted cream cushions but they were sold out. I then chose grey. Not too excited about the grey as it looks a little brownish. Oh well, not bad. Bottom line here is I'm happy with this patio set The gray actually turned out pretty well as I'm sure the cream color would show a lot dirt. I'd buy this again and just schedule 2 days to assemble everything.

Beautiful patio set! My Husband and I was able to put this together over the weekend last week. The instructions were fairly easy to read and understand. They send extra hardware incase you lose a nut or bolt. Item it high quality and will hopefuly last us years and years. We absolutely love it! It does come in 2 different shipments, but it worked out fine since my husband got a wild hair up his butt to build a new deck before putting this together...LOL!!

So we bought this at the beginning of summer and were super excited to get our backyard looking fabulous. This IS a great set, it really is. The customer service with this set is amazing as well! I sent a message regarding shipping on one of the boxes that hadn't arrived and they responded so quickly, and for me THAT is so impressive. The 9-piece set ships in 3-boxes and they may not arrive on the same day. The boxes are SUPER heavy too, but they are WELL packed and not a single piece was broken or marred. What the problem was is the fact is that putting this set together took three adults over the course of three to four weekends. The tables were the EASIEST to put together. For the firepit table you REALLY need to make sure that you take the plastic of the battery, install it the correct way too. The directions are a little wonky with the table and some of the screws were mislabeled but we were able to fight out. The solar light table is nice, although the light does not really sit perfectly in the center. As far as the seats, like I said they were the hardest to put together, hubby ended up buying an alternative tool to put them together. So regarding the furniture itself: the seats are actually quite comfy. We thought they were a little low to the ground but once we sat in them we realized they were just fine. The firepit table comes with a cover, but the rest of furniture doesn't have a cover, which actually would be nice to have. The cushions do dry out quickly when it downpours, we have tested that out quite a bit in the last few days. Also the instructions for lighting the firepit table should be a little less vague you have to hold in the nob for about 30 seconds hit the ignition then adjust the height of the flame. It took us a bit to get it lit the first time. We really like our new set. I truly believe that this set will last for quite some time, especially ifnwe get some covers and store the cushions during the winter. It is a GREAT addition to our backyard and I am now able to actually ENJOY my backyard now! I highly recommend this but with the caveat that you will NEED tonhave extreme patience when building the seating (or just hire someone).

I’m really impressed with this outdoor sofa set! It checked all the boxes for me - easy to assemble, looks amazing, and feels super comfortable. The color-coded parts made installation a breeze, and I had it all set up in no time. It looks fantastic on my patio and feels very sturdy once everything is assembled. The cushions are surprisingly comfy -not too soft, not too firm - just right for relaxing with a drink or curling up with a book. The entire set feels solid and well-made. I also love how modular the design is. And the coffee table is a cute bonus! It ties everything together and is the perfect size for snacks, drinks, or a bit of decor. This set is such a great deal for the price. Highly recommend if you’re looking for affordable outdoor furniture that’s stylish, sturdy, and just a little bit luxurious!

Poor quality and uncomfortable. Bolts visible on chairs. Pay very close attention to refund policy. Cushion thickness is 3 1/2 “. Two pillows melted and nearly caught fire in direct sun. I contacted seller and informed them of what occurred and if my concerns regarding potential fire hazards and need for recall. I sent photos as well. Initial response was damage looked like it was caused by animal. I refuted their claim. They offered to send me replacement covers which I refused due to fire risks. The cushions are of a plastic like material. They then said that damage could have occurred from a window reflection , although it’s rare. Again they offered to send me replacement covers. I refused. . They then offered to send me “newer” “more fire resistant cushions “. I refused their offer and questioned their company on why they didn’t send me the newer and more fire resistant cushions in the first place! Makes me question if they had previous issues with this material melting or catching fire. In the end, the company did refund me money to cover the costs of new cushions. I would not recommend this set to anyone.

love the set!! It’s perfect size for my patio. Nothing was damaged upon arrival. Assembly was easy, comes with tools, tags on each piece with clear instruction and no missing parts. In fact,it comes with many spare parts. The set itself is well made and feels pretty sturdy. Nice thick dense cushions, super comfortable to sit on, and thick back cushion provides good support. The back cushion covers can be tied to the seats to prevent from slipping, it’s also nice that each seat comes with one anti slippery pad. I love the dark grey mixed natural rattan color. All five pieces have metal legs, coffee table has height adjustable legs with good quality glass top. The natural rattan material is super smooth and durable. Especially for hot summer time, rattan provides extra cooling and breathability. I think it will last long time. I have purchased several furniture from this brand, and I highly recommend this product and brand.
