Great quality, feels solid. Very comfortable. It comes in a couple of surprisingly small boxes in which the sofa is ingeniously tetris-ed into with not a single cubic inch wasted. We’ve only had this for a couple months but are quite happy with the unit. Despite a small delay after contacting customer service, once the problem was identified their response was very good and helpful. We weren’t sent a corner unit which caused some confusion when putting the whole thing together but were sent the correct piece after contacting customer service. Pros: Easy to assemble. Each piece has color coded labels. The holes match up and extra screws and washers are included. The height of the seat bases and the backs are good. Doesn’t feel like I’m sitting on the floor and my back has support. Seat cushions are very firm and comfortable. I’m impressed with the quality of the foam. They come compressed in plastic packaging. The instructions say to let them plump up before putting them in the fabric covers but I put them in immediately after taking them out of the plastic. I figured it would be easier than wrangling a full size foam cushion into the covers and it was. It was easy to make small adjustments to the fabric cover as needed. The denim color is very pretty and the fabric is a nice thickness. The back cushions tie around the seat back, preventing them from falling forward. We already have a rectangular firepit so the coffee table was used as an end table. It is the same size as the chair bases so it fits in well and doesn’t look odd. We also opted to buy an extra armless seat to make it look better around the firepit. (Thanks customer service for help with ordering that!) Customer service is responsive and helpful. We received the correct seating unit very quickly. Cons: While the seat cushions are very comfortable the back cushions are just fiberfill and aren’t as comfortable. Easy to remedy with pretty accent pillows. The feet are plastic so I’m not sure how well these will hold up over time. The vinyl wicker is a pretty thin material and only time will tell how this holds up as well. We’ve placed it under the roof of our lanai and cover it when not using it. I wouldn’t place this out on the lawn and expect it to last long. The seat frame is metal wrapped in vinyl wicker but there are no metal supports that crisscross to support the seat cushions or the weight of a person. The supports are just twisted vinyl material in a tic tac toe pattern. The only metal supports attach near the corners. I’ve included a picture of a seating base that shows this. For me this is probably the biggest con and again, only time will tell how well it holds up. Overall we are very happy with this seating unit and enjoy using it on our lanai.

I got this on Black Friday, so won’t truly get to enjoy until the weather warms up, but so far this product checks all the boxes. It was easy to put together, quality seems good and its very comfortable. I had been waiting for 2 years to replace my old furniture that I had for 16 years. I am curious to see how long this one holds up!

This set was a Prime Day buy..almost $150 off regular price. Assembly directions clear although it did take us several hours to assemble. Impressed with the quality overall, especially the cushions and fabric. Comfortable enough for a nap. It is darker gray than shown. The only slight disappointment for me. Overall, great addition to our screen in porch!

Although it’s a pain to put together, it’s doable. Just don’t tighten bolts till all of them are in. The wicker is very cheaply made though. For over $800 I expected thicker wicker. My children could put their fist right through it if they got too rough with toys or something. Definitely should have spent $200-$300 more dollars and got better made wicker from wayfair or lowe’s or something.

Absolutely beautiful set. We did get 4 wrong pillows but not the end of the world. Took a decent time to put it all together just due to so many pieces. The construction isn't difficult and the pieces are very well labeled!! I would highly recommend for the price!
