I just received this chair via UPS today. I dragged it to the basement, unwrapped it and put it together by myself in less than 30 minutes. I made one mistake which was to put the backrest on backwards, but I fixed it. It’s very comfortable, this is just day one but pretty pleased. I may moisturize the material to help it relax a bit. I was so skeptical of ordering this chair!!! I set a budget and started to look. I wanted a wide chair with nice padding not to hard but sturdy. This one fit the bill. It took me about 40 minutes to assemble . It was packed very well. The arm cushions are soft! The back has a nice little tilt with padding. It says it is a wide chair but to me it is not. However my brother fits very comfortably in it. I bought this as a birthday present and he loves it. Now he can watch tv and put his feet up. I would say it is a very good value for the money. Piece of junk. Trouble started from the beginning. We had to literally tear the packaging off to unbox the chair, it was stuck in multiple places. Assembly was easy. The main problem was after getting everything assembled and testing out the chair, the particle board in the foot rest snapped in half the first time trying to close it up. Now it isn't usable until I can get the materials to repair it. VERY UNHAPPY. ... show more

    • Stylish and comfy but hard to recline.
Love the look, it’s comfortable and easy to assemble, HOWEVER, to recline you have a lever you have to pull and it’s extremely difficult. It requires a lot of strength. So this is definitely a ‘you get what you pay for’ type of purchase. Still a good deal for the price depending on your needs.

I purchased this power recliner after a recent surgery that required me to sleep in a semi-upright position—not flat and definitely not on my side. This chair became my go-to spot not just for resting during the day but for sleeping through the night as well. The smooth power reclining feature allowed me to find the perfect angle without straining, which made a huge difference in my recovery. The cushioning is supportive but soft enough to stay comfortable for hours, and the material is both durable and easy to clean. Being able to simply wipe it down was a big plus, especially when I was less mobile and needed things to be low maintenance. The built-in cup holders were also surprisingly helpful—I didn’t have to reach far for water, tea, or anything else I needed to keep close. Everything about this recliner is designed with comfort and convenience in mind. Update** 5 stars for amazing customer service! Sent me the upgrade free of charge, didn’t have to return original chair. Great communication throughout via email and text alerts to track delivery. It’s soft, was fairly easy to put together by myself. Access to the pull handle is a little annoying, especially because the arms don’t stay down very well. Just unboxed, so maybe they will over time, right now I’m trying out some heavy duty Velcro strips.. Have to put your weight into to get the back to fully recline. I’m 5’3, 160lbs, I wished I had spent the extra $60 for the oversized option. Overall pretty good buy for the money. ... show more
