Great playset with a great price! Definitely takes longer than "2 people, 3 hours." Took us about 8 hours total.. the bolts are barely long enough in some places so hard to get the nut to catch. Also, the two parts where the slide attach to the main frame.. one of the bolts fits through the holes, but butts right up against the slide, so you can't actually get the nut on. Even if you did this step before adding the slide, the slide wouldn't be able to pop down into place properly. However, using the one connection point gave it stability and it's plenty sturdy!! My kids love it and my husband and I can both sit and play with them on the swings, teeter totter and glider without worry. ... show more

Great product, need a person that knows what there doing to set up correctly. I recommend not screwing down all bolts till everything is on and you are sure that that is where it belongs. Very sturdy and highly recommend. My three year old loves it !

This swing set is plenty sturdy for my 3yo granddaughter, probably good up to 6-8yo. I was missing a small plastic spacer. Customer support was great except they couldn’t just mail me the missing part, they had to mail a whole new swing set. Then I removed the needed part and had to mail it back. I purchased the Outsunny 5-in-1 Kids Swing Set as an early birthday gift for my great nephews, and it was a hit! My brother and I spent about 4 hours putting it together. Although one of the set bars was incorrect, we managed to make it work, but I will be needing a #10 bar to replace the wrong one. Pay close attention to which side you place the #31 bar—it does make a difference. We also encountered some issues with the slide, so be sure to follow the instructions exactly as they are laid out. Despite these hiccups, the boys absolutely loved it—they were so excited they didn’t want to come inside, even when it started raining. Missing the main part to hold the entire swing set together. Called customer service, she was nice and helpful. Only issue is the set came in 3 days but the Missing pieces are gonna take between 5 and 10 days to get.
