I bought this unit to use as a chicken run. It was delivered quickly and the assembly directions were adequate if being mindful of the labels. The setup was an easy going day with little hassle. For my use case, I placed the unit down over a sunken cinder block foundation. The structure was then anchored down to the blocks beneath to avoid any wind or predator lifting. We have several really strong wind storms and the unit was secure.

The chicken wire that comes with will need to be replaced. Won’t stop predators. Used hardware cloth. Heavy duty tarp on top. Reinforced with 4x4 boards and plumbing wire down middle. It’s a really good size.

The frams was wasy to put up. The chicken wire was vwey springy and hard to control. make sure you leave extra wire near the ground. Cutting the wire for the door left some sharp points so figure a way to cover them so you don.t get jabed. The wire was srtrong and good quality and after we got it finished we are very happy with it. Our chickens love it.

We followed each step of directions but couldn’t get the arch shape that was designed. We ended up adding 2x4s for extra support on the arch to help eliminate sag in wire. Also needed way more zip ties than provided!

The reviews for this seller aren't accurate. This seller also sells 'bougee' furniture and the 5-star reviews are mixed in with the chicken coop/run reviews, very deceitful, not truthful. These chicken coops are complete junk! It starts with the useless stakes, you would have to build a 4x4/4x6 base and anchor screw the post flanges to the base which is additionally anchored by re-enforcement rods drilled through the base and pounded into the ground. Are you still with me? Then the tube frame is so janky that you have to add 3/4 " EMT tubing and various tube connectors to make it somewhat sturdy. Then the useless chicken wire is a complete waste, buy hardware cloth or REAL chicken wire that matches the dimensions of the tubing frame(s). Now the crappy and not enough ty wraps you can discard or use for something else. Finally, the tarps are too small and don't fit the roof frames. You need to add about a thousand bucks in additional materials and a couple of days of labor! The reviews of this item are mixed in with the sellers 'bougee' furniture so they need to be more accurate and truthful!
