The media could not be loaded. The holes were not aligned( I had to use a garden glove to turn the tool they provided because it was so hard to turn) and it took me longer to put it together. This set is nice and attractive. BUT if I had known what a pain to put it together was going to be, I would not have kept it! It has been hours and holes don’t line up towards the end of putting it together. I have basically had to leave a couple of screws out. My husband struggled to get these built just a little. There was always one screw hole that just seemed a tiiiiny bit off and he had to sort of push things to get alignment. It was a minor setback that we worked out. Overall these chairs are super sturdy. Everyone in our family Is heavy and I don’t feel like these are flimsy whatsoever. They look very nice too. This set lasted for two summers I cover them on a daily, the threading is coming a lose on the chairs and base and back of the chairs are coming a part its upsetting to think your going to have them for years and they cant last pass 2 years

Lovely furniture, but I had problems putting it together. Hint: don’t tighten any screws until ALL screws are loosely in. I bought covers to keep the furniture nicer longer. Material seems very durable. They look great on my patio!
