I've been sent MunchPaks before. The Maxi International snack boxes are much better! The package came with two inserts that listed items that could be in the box. One listed 19 items, and the other listed 20 items, which contained 18 of the items on the other list, plus some different ones. So which did I get? 19 items or 20? I got 23! They really packed them in there! After looking through them, I had trouble getting them all to fit back into the box, that's how many snacks they pack in there! I got all of the snacks listed on both inserts except the peanuts, which is fine because I hate peanuts. There was a pretty good variety, but most of them were sweet snacks. Only two were salty, and three were more of a bland cracker-like snack. I would've preferred more of a balance, with fewer sweet snacks, but they were still fine. Most of the snacks arrived in good condition. Some were just a little chipped or smooshed. Everything was in date. They make sure to be clear about expiration dates by putting big stickers on the snacks. The Greta crackers were absolutely obliterated, just a pile of crumbs. Too bad, because the crumbs tasted pretty good, kind of like a very crunchy pizza crust. Wish they'd made it intact. The first one I picked up was the Kit Kat. I was excited because I thought it would be one of those different-flavored foreign Kit Kats. It wasn't. It's a completely different kind of candy with the same name. My favorite of the sweet ones was probably the one called Laviva. It was a chocolate candy bar that had a soft chocolate filling. There was also a good one that was a kind of crispy candy with a light-colored creamy filling. I don't remember what it was called. I was interested in trying the Turkish Delight, since foreign friends have told me about it. But it wasn't actually Turkish Delight, at least not the way I've heard of it. The burger ones worried me at first. I thought they'd be like those awful SpongeBob Krabby Patty gummies, but they were not. They're actually just little sandwich cookies with chocolate filling. One of the candies (I don't remember what it was called) was very similar to the Caramello bars I used to eat as a kid. I was surprised that I liked the taco-flavored ones, since I don't actually like tacos. Some of the sweet snacks I didn't like, but it's a personal preference. I really really hate white chocolate, so the one that turned out to be white chocolate was not a favorite. I haven't tried the popping candy, the cola-flavored candy, or the two little round hard candies yet. Not sure if I will, since I generally don't like those kinds. But that's also just personal preference. If you like snacks that are mostly sweet, you'll probably like this box. ... show more
