    • Adjust motor settings before operating first time.

This went together pretty well. I assembled the 15' one. Be careful when you first operate the motor to retract the awning for the first time. You have to manually stop the awning before it retracts too far. The default setting is adjusted in a way in which the motor will retract the fabric so much that it ripped the retractable arms right out of the front beam. It caused the arms and the metal track in the front beam to bend. I put it back together but the arms and track are bent which gives a poor appearance, I will have to contact the seller and ask about purchasing new retractable arms. I would suggest plugging the awning in, adjusting the settings to retract as little as possible, then operate the motor for the first time and adjust from there. Other than that mistake, which is arguably my fault, it is better quality than I expected. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Great quality it took longer than expected to put up with two people, but the quality is great a lot of adjustments. Directions where difficult so watch so you tube.
