Good product for the price. I added height because it was too short for my needs; I added 18-inch concrete columns. I also added a transparent roof that I bought on Amazon, and it works very well. I recommend it. you need two people to assemble it and it takes a little time.

Ad is intentionally misleading on this prodicts consteuction. Cross braces are not one solid piece but two pieces that are dove tailed and require metal brackets (8 screws per connection) that weaken the entire product. You will regret not only buying this product when there are better options out there, but you'll also be in knots after "working" with this companies Customer Service. They dragged their feet on calls, voicemails, emails, etc. Attempted to save face but ultimately - as a customer - I would have gone with a different option 10/10 times knowing what I know now. Save yourself a headache, better choices elsewhere. ... show more

Instructions and would good quality, but my suggestion is do not have each board split what I mean is the main boards have to be all one piece for a better quality and strength sometimes when you put the two pieces of board together, you have to put a brace between them, which makes the board weaker, even though if you put everything together, it would be better if each board was one and two separate I had to put a brace in between each board to make it stronger maybe because of shipping ... show more

The order came in a week early and it was installed the week after. It came in 6 boxes. The boxes arent too heavy, it took 2 people to move it or just one if uou are strong which i am not. . It took about 7-8 hours to put it together by a professional and he was by himself. A beam was missing and the customer support was very helpful. They sent the parts that was missing about a week later. Lets see how long it last. ... show more

Easy assembly with 2 people looks great had to us longer screws in places, difficult to line up top pcs. But looks ok staple gun help line them up have had it now for a few years holding up great in all weather. In the heat of the summer I place a sun screen over the top nice spot to get out of the heat, I would not recommend leaving the sun screen on all year the weight of snow would be a problem. ... show more
