This worked really well, survived the tough New England winter. It kept me quite warm, between the liner and thick inside, and being able to zip both liner and jacket was great. The hood added that extra comfort during snow/rain or cold wind. When it started to warm up, I removed the liner and hood and it made the jacket even lighter. But with the liner it was heavy enough without being bulky. All the main zippers were strong metal and worked well. I'll address my experience with the two complaints I saw in the reviews. First is size. I wear XL to XXL shirt (depending on the brand/size) since I have large shoulders, and the XL jacket fit snug and left enough movement for comfort. So I think it fits well. Second is the fake leather wearing/rip marks. So this is fake leather, not real, and for the price I'm not too concerned with some minor wear signs. For 95% of the jacket there was no wear at all. The only place I saw the wear was in the bottom of the sleeves, which is where I think others had issues with as well. I found the reason for this was the large pockets with strong metal zipper sticking out a bit. So when walking my arms would swing and rub against those zippers. I found that if I don't have my hands in my pockets and close the zippers, it doesn't happen anymore. So that would be my suggestion for anyone purchasing this jacket.

Been 5 years or so since I bought this jacket and I love it greatly. The hoodie is detachable and zips up nicely. Plenty of pockets, good for the cold(wore it when I was homeless living in a van with no heat below freezing). Keeps you warm in the wind. Well worth the money. I saw Lenard wear it on the Big Bang so I wanted to try out it. 5 years later it’s my go to. Some wear and tear as expected but still does the job.

Okay, I don't normally do super in-depth reviews, but this jacket needs one. And so does anyone who is of small/skinny stature!! I was worried that it would be super baggy on me. I'm 5'7 and barely 120lbs right now. So, yeah. Was looking for something slimmer. It's not a slim fit jacket, for sure. But it's not too baggy either. Make sure you measure yourself and get the smallest possible size if you want a slimmer look. I think I'm about 34-35" in the chest? So, the size small was a bit big, but not so big that I won't wear it. I got the heavy jacket, hoping it would be "warm enough" for the winter months. I was NOT expecting it to be this heavy! In a good way! The quality of the pleather is great. I can't wait to see how it holds up in the winter next year. I have never owned a leather or fake leather jacket, so I'm not experienced.... But this is BY FAR the warmest jacket I have ever worn, ever. So...... If you're not looking for a super warm winter coat, maybe get the light version. Okay, now the little details. THE HOOD BUTTONS ARE NOT SNAP BUTTONS. So don't do what I did and try to unsnap them. They are NOT seen in very sturdy and I nearly ripped one out on day one. I strongly suggest reinforcing those buttons or even replacing them with something more heavy duty, if you know how. The zippers, as you probably read in other reviews, aren't the strongest looking zippers. But I haven't had an issue with them yet. If you're worried about it, just be really super careful with them! Zippers and buttons IMO are replaceable if you're willing to learn, so not a deal breaker for me. Hope the video helps someone with similar body comp. If you're tall and skinny, a small should fit kind of like this. Overall would purchase again, but best believe if something happens/changes, I'll update here!

I purchased this jacket a long while ago. It's very warm and comfortable and exactly what I was looking for. I ride a Yamaha R1 which is a very sporty bike with little wind protection and on some colder mornings I made the decision to throw this on instead of my typical riding gear. I was riding through my city doing about 35-40 following a friend (not speeding). As we went to turn on the next set of pavement, the road was still salty and dirty from the winter; in turn the bike started sliding out from under me, I overcorrected and threw myself over the top of the bike. Long story made very short, I was able to get home fine later that day but I need 5 chest x-rays later that week due to how hard I hit the pavement. To my GENUINE surprise the jacket was nearly flawlessly damaged and I still wear it to this day. I was actually concerned about wearing while riding because of how soft and flexible the leather seems but don't be fooled. It's genuinely a really tough jacket and I'm really happy I bought it. Disclaimer: I bought this jacket NOT as protective gear and I do not recommended it as such. Please wear the necessary gear to be safe.

Great Jacket man! It really feels well built I got the Black Heavy Jacket size XL I'm 6' 2" and about 240Lbs I've got a fairly large chest and fairly large arms and Pretty big "Love Handles" with a slight stomach not big big but it is still a big stomach and it isn't tight on me with it unzipped it actually fits PERFECT unzipped,but once i zip it up it is definitely right on the verge of being too tight in fact I will most likely not wear it zipped until I lose about 10-15 more lbs.I would say I should've gotten an XXL yeah I'd be able to zip it up and it not look tight but when It's unzipped (Which is how I'll be wearing it 90% of the time I feel as if it would be much too big.I wish there was a size in between XL and XXL i know i may sound insane to some people saying this but it really is easier for me to just accept the XL and lose 10-15 lbs than to get an XXL. Everyone's body type is of course different but I'm just telling you my Story/Body type in the hopes it will help someone out there.Good luck everyone and enjoy this incredible Jacket!

My son wanted a black leather jacket for his 12th birthday. This ticked all the boxes. It looks really good on with all the pockets. He prefers to zip out the hood, but I think it is cool how it appears that he has another jacket on underneath, and he can zip only that zipper for a different look. But we did have a sizing issue. The 14/16 fits him perfectly, like to a tee, meaning he can not grow an inch. Since that is unlikely, I wanted to order a larger one. A boy's size 16-20 would have fit him just right with a little growing room. However, they don't offer that size, so we ordered men's since we loved this jacket so much. The sizing charts were confusing! The chest measurement of the boy's size matches men's medium and boy's sleeve matches men's small. So I ordered small and medium to see what would actually work. The small is the one we kept. It is a bit bigger than I would have liked, but I'm sure he will grow into it quickly. Pictures show the fit (Boy's 14/16, Men's S, Men's M). My son is 5'2" and 114 lbs.

It looks and fits as expected. I was looking for something sort of semi cozy and will keep my warm and this does the job. It is not but it is not heavy in a bad way. It has this new york street sort of style. Pretty good deal for the price too. Decent material and doesn't feel cheap. I was worried it may not fit me arm wise because I'm 6ft and have long arms. But it fits perfect. Ive had guys giving me compliments in public. the only thing I noticed was that one of the side pockets seemed not to match the other. One seemed smaller...as if it is sewed incorrectly but it doesnt bother me much.

I like the jacket. It fits well cam change how I want looks good, but after only one month the "leather" is starting to come apart and strings are hanging off and getting caught. I suspect the zippers catching on the sleeves of both issues.
