Purchased this on 5/25/23 with order set to deliver between 6/2/23 to 6/9/23. It was a surprise that it showed up on 5/28/23! Super fast shipping. My picture is not of the furniture, instead I am showing you the three tools that made the build process easier. Yes, it was time consuming to put together, these items will speed up the time it takes. 3/8 wrench fits nicely on the nuts and the T30 star head in my Dewalt 6 inch drive guide fit in the allen head bolts. The furniture comes with “tools” to put together but the “wrench” is double sided and after a few times of struggling to get it to hold, then realizing I was using the wrong side, I knew I had to find something else. The 3/8 held the nut on one side, then I used the T30 in my drill to tighten. The drive guide comes in handy in tight spots where there are metal bars and the drill can’t get close enough to connect with the part I was screwing. Have a couple of small flashlights available. Black furniture, black bolts, and small dark recessed areas basically equal not being able to see. When attaching the arms, I found it handy to have a puck light on the inside of the arm, and a flashlight on the other side where the bolt head was. DO NOT TIGHTEN EACH BOLT AS YOU PUT IT IN. Wait until you have them all put in, and the pieces aligned properly. I tightened the inside arm bolts first, then the edges near where the feet go to keep the pieces aligned. Then went one by one until all were tightened. I read this in a review and I’m glad I listened. ok, now for what I think of it all put together. Very sturdy and nice looking. Both my husband and I sat on the chairs, ottomans and couch comfortably. It is lower than my previous loveseat, but on unusually low. Everything arrives in two boxes, on 80 lbs and one 66 lbs. Big boxes for sure! Cushions are compressed in clear bags and pieces were stored inside the arm compartments. I ordered turquoise and received turquoise for the chairs but blue for the couch. I contacted seller and within a couple hours new turquoise couch cushions were on the way. I realized after I checked my email that the seller knew they shipped the wrong color and had reached out to me before I received the order to let me know. Great customer service! The only thing that I find curious are the feet that attach to the couch. They fit on the corner and there is an extra hole for a bolt right next to the edge. Because these are all smaller pieces bolted together, it’s seems like a foot should be longer in the front and span the two connected pieces. You can see what I mean in the picture of the foot. Note that the pics of the furniture are with my old cushions, not the cushions that come with it. Mine are bigger and don’t fit as well. Once the new turquoise covers arrive I will swap them out. I am so glad that I purchased this! I would highly recommend it!

This purchase came early like many other reviews started, and true to other reviews...get the right tools to speed up the process. It took me a few trys to find the right ones in my husband's toolbox. The cushions were ready to go within 5min of taking them out of the vacuum seals & fit perfectly in the covers. Color is spot on as to what's was advertised & exactly what I wanted. I can't speak to the durability yet as I just finished putting them together this morning, done by myself over the span of 2 days. However I did this alone. I'm 50yrs old and have some mobility issues and these were doable for me. As recommended in MANY reviews and instructions Do Not tighten until all is put together or things won't line up correctly! I placed these on my deck last night and then it stormed, I used the covers and they were fine, a little water leaked thru as it pooled on top but that's is common sense if you ask me. Note of warning I did the chairs inside as the heat/humidity was stifling...measure first or wait until you get them outside to put feet on! Lesson learned I had to take them off to get them thru the door then back on. Thankfully it was quick work with the electric drill and correct bit. So far I would recommend and purchase again.

We couldn't be happier with this purchase! It had clear instructions and didn't take terribly long to build. It looks beautiful on our deck and is comfortable to hang out on. The included covers keep everything clean. Everything was delivered quickly. The couch came a day after the chairs but when I reached out to customer service, they immediately answered with the additional FedEx number. And somewhere in the shipping process, a small tear happened (possibly a box cutter?) on the arm of one of the chairs in one strip of rattan. They are sending us an entirely new arm! This is the kind of company you want to buy from!!

I was a little hesitant to purchase this after reading some reviews but honestly I’m glad I did. Everything was in perfect condition. Only thing we had an issue with was we received double of one screw and was missing another. Contacted the company through Amazon and within 24 hours had a shipping tracking # for the replacement. We love them. They are soooo comfortable. At a birthday party, we continued to get compliments on it.

My only complaint is the backs on the couch and chairs could be a tad bit higher. My husband has a long torso and these are a little uncomfortable for him. Don't Tighten any bolts until it has been assembled. It took my husband about 3.5 - 4 hrs to put together. Its a gorgeous set and Im very happy. The covers are also an amazing bonus!

First of all, I’d like to say how quick the shipping was with this product. It arrived on time, however, FedEx didn’t take caution with delivery. They delivered the 2 boxes (same day) in front of my garage door but one box had a huge rip in it and a couple of pieces of my furniture were damaged. I contacted the seller and within 48 hours he responded and offered to replace any parts that were damaged. Since the damage was just bent rattan with a tiny cut, my husband decided to do a quick fix. Now for my honest review with the pros and cons. PROS: Furniture is beautiful and just as described Seller is easy to contact Furniture arrives on time Seat cushions are comfortable No parts missing You have covers for all furniture CONS: Back cushions don’t have enough stuffing It takes a long time to put together (took my husband 4 1/2 hours with the tool provided)

The furniture is not small I’m 6’2” and it fits me well. The cushions are comfortable ,the back and the cushions that you sit on. The only issue was that they initially shipped the wrong color but a day after I ordered emailed me and explained and shipped the right color and told us to keep both sets of cushion covers.
