Awesome fan and so worth the money!

I can’t say enough good things about this fan! I hung it in my new 10x12 metal gazebo and we’re amazed with how well it works. I basically just pulled it out of the box, hung it up, and plugged it in. Incredibly easy to install. It’s the perfect size for a gazebo like this. The lighting and fan both work flawlessly with the remote. The fan also puts out a lot of air for its size too. The RGB lights look incredible. Another thing to note that I’m really impressed with is that I’m powering it with a small power station and it has plenty of power with very little power consumption. The only issue, and maybe it’s just me, but I couldn’t get the app to work with my iPhone but I really don’t care about that anyway because I don’t really see a need for it but I’ll play around with that when I get more time. Want a really decent fan and light for your outdoor space? This one will do the job. Well done! ... show more

Great purchase
Color: RGB Black Size: 20 Inch
Love this light / fan. We have it in our gazebo at the pool. The fan really blows good and the changing light colors are perfect for a night swim. We would definitely by again.

Easy to install, looks nice
Color: RGB Black Size: 20 Inch
Easy to install. I bought the 20”. Good airflow if you’re right under it. Wish I would have bought the bigger fan. I have it under a 24 foot gazebo. I will eventually have to buy another fan. Love the light. It is very quiet.

Perfect for an Outdoor Gazebo
Color: RGB Black Size: 20 Inch
I absolutely LOVE this fan! We just put it up yesterday and I spent a hour last night playing with the different lighting colors and effects. Lots of ooooing and aaaahhhhing till my hubby thought I was nuts (I'm easily amused). All kidding aside, the fan is perfect and just what I was looking for. It puts out an amazing amount of air current considering the size of the fan blades. Set up was ez-pz and done in about 5 minutes. I highly recommend this fan. ... show more

READ ALL LOW STAR REVIEWS!!!!
Color: RGB Black Size: 20 Inch
When I first received this fan I would have given it a 5star review. Unfortunately, after having it installed for only 1 week we started to notice the Cons of this item. First, the air flow is only directioned in the center. So if my gazebo fits 8 people in a circle the only thing not sweating would be our feet. Second, the fan has completely stopped working. No lights, no fan. The power to the socket works perfectly. We even plugged the fan in somewhere else. Third, CUSTOMER SERVICE 🤦🏾♀️- this is a third party seller. So you have to contact the seller through message to explain the problem and wait for them to decide if they want to send you a replacement. Amazon can not send the message for you. Amazon can not replace the item for you. So even though you got it through PRIME you will not receive PRIME service help for this item. ... show more

Decent, but product support non-existent
Color: RGB Black Size: 20 Inch
I bought this fan last summer and it worked great. I was able to pair it with my phone no problem. We took it down for the winter and now that it's back up, I can't get it to pair with the app again. I've followed the suggestions in the reviews and none of them have worked. I've tried several different apps including the one that comes up with the QR code in the product listing. I don't have the packaging anymore. There is no manual online or any way to contact the manufacturer. The fan itself is fine and works with the remote, but the app gave additional options like setting on/off times and I can't do that with the remote, so I'm pretty frustrated. ... show more
