No issues and it's really powerful
I run a lot of programs so I need a pretty powerful machine and I haven't had any issues in the last 4 or 5 months (can't remember exactly when I bought it but I believe it was in the beginning of summer). I've recommended it to a few people as well.

terrible - was purchased in 12/24 as "new". Found out today technically an old model only warranted by Dell until 1/25 - Is now completely dead - no power. I called Dell and they said I should have checked the manufacture date and technically it was a transfer of ownership so no warranty. I feel like I was scammed by seller. ... show more

Price was Right, but Power Cord Defective & No Warranty

I like this laptop overall - it is very fast and has a quite bright display. But it arrived with a dysfunctional power cord and some software glitches that I can't seem to fix.
