Tools were missing a few washers for assembly, but otherwise assembled with no issues following instructions. We chose to remove the tempered glass suction cups (easily done with no damage to weaving) as on a pool deck with.

My order came without the ottoman top, enough hardware and 2.5" cushions. The cushions are light foam-not dense at all. I spent a lot of time researching a set and was not looking for anything less than 3" cushions. I read the reviews and it was all positive-especially the ones that said "as described". I asked they send the missing parts and 4" cushions thinking it was a mistake in the order as other items they sell all say 4" cushions. They offered me money off instead. I kept asking about the 4" cushions and they would not answer directly but said ALL THEIR CUSHIONS ARE THE SAME SIZE-meaning 2.5". 3" cushions of the size needed are at least $60 each on Amazon-that's $300 if I can find ones that match. That's almost as much as the entire set. I contacted Amazon about the false advertising and refunding my money so I can buy what I originally thought I ordered. The seller is responsive but they are not honest and falsely advertising the quality of the cushions with their furniture. ... show more

There are about a million outdoor couches on Amazon. I'm glad I chose this one. It's a bit different than the standard brown wicker look, and my mom who "hates the color gray" even described this as "pretty". The cushions are pretty thin and easily blown around on a windy day, but not uncomfortable at all. They seem like they'll be easy to maintain and hold up pretty well, but the couch seems like a standard size anyways so if I do end up replacing the cushions in the future, I don't think it'd be too much trouble. I love the versatility of the modular style, and it fits perfectly on my porch without taking up too much visual or physical space. The shipping was a bit confusing because it came in several packages, the seller also did not send one piece of the couch, but when I reached out through Amazon they responded almost immediately and quickly sent the missing piece with no questions asked. I was super impressed, I was kind of envisioning that we'd just have a loveseat but their customer service was stellar - which you really want when you make a large purchase like this on Amazon. Overall I'm really satisfied with this purchase. I can't wait to lounge out here in the warmer weather. Overall this was a fantastic purchase. I was really nervous to spend so much with a seller I didn't know and without seeing the product first, but I am very satisfied. Construction feels very sturdy and was pretty easy to put together. Great product for the price... it’s comfortable and looks really nice. I’ve had it for 4 months and would buy it again. Only thing is the cushions slide so we used velcro and it worked great to keep them in place. And keep in mind the cushions are not totally water proof so it’s best to keep the set under a patio or move in the cushions in when it rains but other than that you can’t bet this price! ... show more

We really like the set for the price. Well made but the put together instructions were drawings and the pieces had paper stickers with letters like ABC and so on. I have this set on my enclosed back porch and really like it. It took about 3 hours to assemble, but all of the parts were there, and the holes matched up, etc, so it was pretty simple, just time consuming. Lots of pieces and hardware! While the furniture itself is great, the cushions could be more comfortable, and they do slide around easily. The pieces of the furniture also slide on my flooring but may not on a deck floor.
