Why did you pick this product vs others?: This went up very fast with two people for part of the time. My daughter and I spent maybe 4 hours on assembly. They provide plenty of chicken wire for project. I do recommend buying metal zip ties for coop, the plastic ones over time do degrade form the weather. I did add addition anchors since we get high winds. I attached this to a large coop that I had built for my chickens. If you have predators on your property this will not work for you. I have a privacy fence around my property and my chickens are locked in their coop at night. They doe love this additional run for sunshine and space. ... show more

    • Easy to put together
Good size pen. I used a heavier welded wire to wrap it with. I have bobcats that like to visit. I move my pen once a week. It’s not to hard for one person to do. I pick one end up and move a few feet. I keep repeating until I have the pen on fresh grass.

The media could not be loaded. The frame makes a great scaffolding for anything you want to put on it wire wise I used hardware cloth because I have aggressive neighbor dogs and also I have coyotes and such although I don't leave them overnight the tarp started ripping within one week after two rains collects water in the in the tarp and stretches it so much that it rips and also leaves a gap between the tarp and the pole where hawks can get in so I ended up putting garden netting over it to keep hawks out. Needs 2 people to put hardware cloth on ... show more

Came quickly and well-packaged. The instructions were easy to follow. The frame snapped together quickly in about 45 minutes. However The netting is chicken wire attached to the frame with zip-ties. That part took twelve tedious, frustrating hours and there is no way to make it pretty. And you will bleed (just a little). This cage will function well and as intended, but if you choose to buy it, I recommend going to a hardware store and buying the parts to construct panels that can be clamped to the frame. ... show more

Cheap. Bent under weight of rain. Wire cheap. Frame light enough for wind to tip over. Had to bolt it to 4x6s to give it a sturdy base. Purchased heavyduty wire to rewrap bottom section. Needed more rails on roof area to support wire and tarp. Ended up building a wooden frame to support everything and door way to small and flimsy. Using it as a moveable pen for the birdies ( put it on wheels) ... show more

Easy to assemble, did all alone , added welded wire around the sides put fence post in the ground to level run out and anker it down because it's very windy in Pa mountains, put 2x8 in around outside to keep coyotes from digging their way in.

The media could not be loaded. We ended up buying two and put them side to side because it did seem like the chickens didn’t have enough room and were getting bored but it was easy to put together. It does seem to be a little on the cheaper side of whaling but it keeps the chickens in and other animals out so can’t ask for much more for this price. ... show more
