Had some missing parts but got it together. It's OK when it works. But this is I believe meant to look good rather then give heat. 1- I feel the heat from the chest up since this thing is so tall and where the flame starts. 2- no joke, I have to be within 1-2 inches to feel the heat. Like I said, nice decor, but not a real function. And I rarely use it ever, since it defeats the purpose which I bought it for backyard heater when sitting out. ... show more

The one thing that I did not like was the terrible instructions it came with. There were no good detailed drawings. Had to redo The installation and found out that the screws are a one time use. Had a get a grinder to remove them then to the hardware store to buy more. But after all the heater did it's job and I was happy with the outcome. ... show more
